She didn't really ask about how I wanted my hair dried and styled, so I had to tell her. I specifically said I wanted it quite 'poofy' not really sleek, and also, not flipped up at the ends, but turned under. I guess she didn't understand, because I got flipped up and super sleek! I was hoping to get a week from this wash and blow-out, but I will have to get a friend to do it again in a couple of days, because this just isn't going to last and it isn't my style. On top of that, she seems to invent her own rules. If she doesn't personally approve of a medication -- weight-loss prescriptions, ADHD meds like Ritalin or Adderall, etc. -- she'll find a technicality to delay or refuse the fill. One especially troubling tactic: refusing prescriptions from out-of-area physicians. UCSB students, beware. After too many negative interactions, my family and I finally moved all of our prescriptions elsewhere. The contrast in service was immediate.
