This was in July for a group going on a trip to the Bahamas - it's not like we had sweaters. - on the return trip - the bus was showing signs of age, and rode very hard. The driver was very 'jerky' with the shifting, and proceeded to get lost in the local town for the drop off home. The second time was for a large group trip to a Phillies Game. This company was used by the organizers. - On the way to the game, the driver almost went the wrong way, and the passengers had to tell her the correct way to go. - there were 3 busses. We were supposed to stay together because of the parking passes. Apparently 2 busses did not get the memo and decided to stop at a rest area (there are bathrooms on the bus). Our bus had to stop on the side of the highway for 15 minutes and wait for them to catch up - the bus was very uncomfortable - like the shocks have seen better days - on the return, the driver had no idea where she was going, and apparently has never heard of GPS. After wandering for a half hour in the wrong direction, passengers were using their cell phones and giving her the directions to use. I cannot recommend this company - especially not their drivers.

He made the booking process incredibly easy and was fully transparent about pricing and policy (was not surprised with any hidden charges even at the end of the trip). He picked us up right on time at our hotel and offered us bottled waters and some restaurant recommendations around Niagara Falls, which was so considerate! We are out of town so we did not really know the area very well so his recommendations made it SO much easier for us to enjoy our trip without any added hassle. He also graciously made any stops we requested despite it not being on our official itinerary. We were so highly impressed with Enzo's professionalism and character that we asked if he was available the next day but unfortunately he was fully booked (AND FOR GOOD REASON!). My family and I all agreed that this day spent with Enzo in Niagara Falls was the highlight of our trip. Definitely the best limousine and transportation service I have ever used and would highly recommend to anyone! I live in NYC but will definitely be making a trip back out here for a wine trip per Enzo's recommendation and will ONLY be booking Imperial Limousine & Transportation!

Ya know, for a bus line I would say four stars is pretty impressive. In my experience busses are…read morekinda always a sh*tshow and this was comparatively pretty great. The things I loved: -they support e-tickets!! This may seem like a no brainer, but as Ithaca busses go, believe me it's not. I thought this made the process wayyy easier. - the outlets on board actually work!! Again, not as much of a given as you'd think. -your spot is reserved. They make you buy a ticket based on bus time, so no matter where you are on line, you'll get on the bus. The sh*tshowy part: -the "bus station" which I think is the pharmacy?? Is closed... so online is pretty much your only option to purchase tickets. -they stop at Binghamton on the way to New York. Every other bus service also does this, but the others at least let you know in advance. Would love to see a truly direct bus route. -there are ~technically~ two buses per day to New York, but the later is a 10 hour ride due to some confusing layovers... so there's really only one bus a day. Not sure if this is a Covid development but the inconvenience cannot be overstated. Last thing for the high-stress people like me: there is only one place that the Greyhound departs from in Ithaca, on Green Street in front of Urban Outfitters. It's a little unclear on the website, but here's your confirmation that you're in the right spot take a deep breathe.

This Greyhound terminal is kind of like a cross between a richly historical edifice and... a…read morecountry redneck's tool shed. The kind that hasn't been cleaned in forever, has broken tools and equipment that should have been fixed or thrown out long ago, and doesn't have the faintest inkling of what a power grid is. Can we talk about how unpleasant it can get in a building that has no air conditioning in the afternoon Ithaca sun on a day that gets well into the 90s? Or how sketchy the bathrooms are, where one of the toilet stalls is taped up with a note indicating that it's out of order and there's no toilet paper in it? Or how one sink has -no- running water, and the other sink is marginally better... but good luck finding hand soap or paper towels. The sole attendant was "helpful" in the most basic way: he greeted us, then pointed to the door through which we'd be boarding our bus after we explained we were waiting on our return trip back to NYC. Helpful, indeed... considering all of the -two- doors one could choose from. I tried coming up with any transit hub (is that even a relevant term for what this place is?) that's shoddier. Nope. Not coming up with a thing. Fail.

Driver was clearly on some type of substance or alcohol because he would yell and everyone for talking while the bus was silent. He clearly was hearing things. The bus we were on left the New York Port Authority at 2:20 pm with stops in Neeark, Binghamton and Syracuse. The bus number is 87248. This man clearly shouldn't be behind the wheel of any vehicle especially being responsible for many passengers. VERY disrespectful and very disappointing. We will never be riding with Greyhound again and I STRONGLY suggest you dont either.

The first bus driver on the attached trip from Syracuse to NYC did a great job; he was polite, helpful, and handles difficult passengers well. There was however an issue with the ticket; 1. I was never told I was transferring to a Coach line nor did it say that anywhere on the ticket. 2. The Coach line bus left at 6:50pm not 7:50pm like it says on the attached itinerary; Daylight Saving Time glitch in your software? 3. The above issues caused me have to sprint through the bus station as I almost missed the bus. Not a fun/easy thing to do when you are over 45! 4. I was not told there is no bus station in my destination city nor was I provided a list of stops. The Coach Line bus driver was beyond inappropriate. * He scolded me for not knowing there was no bus station, and refused to provide a list of stops + was not familiar with the area. * He tried to let me off a the first stop, after informing him I got a text message advising me where to get off, he yelled at me, scolding me for not informing him sooner i.e. "YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO KNOW THIS- YOU WASTE ME TIME!!!" etc etc (he ranted) I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Perhaps the first/Greyhound bus driver should be promoted to trainer. Mentally and emotionally I have to brace for this horrific trip every time I need to come home to Pennsylvania from NYC. There are no trains near my hometown and no other buses--ONLY this one. It takes about 3 and a half hours to drive straight to my hometown but nearly 7 every time I take this bus, when it should be five. Here's what you can guarantee you'll experience on this bus: -Driver suddenly pulls over somewhere completely random during the trip, says nothing and has us wait about a half hour at LEAST before another driver comes. No explanation. -at the bus transfer in Lehighton, we wait another 30 minutes for the transfer bus to arrive. -At least one person forgets what their stop was and makes the driver turn around, we sit at a stop waiting for one person to arrive to the bus, and we park at Hazelton for at least 15 minutes for no reason even though the schedule says it leaves immediately. This doesn't include the handful of bus breakdowns I've experienced, uncomfortable seats, lack of outlets and often, lack of air conditioning or heat. Oh, and it's $140 round trip. To take a bus. Back to Pennsylvania. I have endured this trip for years because I've had to. The MINUTE I am making enough money to justify getting a rental car, I will take that option every time and never look back. An entire day is shot just trying to get not even four hours away. By the end of every trip, I'm practically crawling off the bus isn't he worst mood I've ever been in. Nothing can save you on this trip except maybe a double dose of CBD.
