There are not enough good things we can say about this driver and this company. Our agency has been taking motor coach tours throughout the country with a variety of motor coach companies since the late 1970s. I cannot speak of the tours prior to 1992, but, in the last 30 years, I do not believe we had a better bus driver than, Dee or a better motor coach. Dee showed superb driving skills with the ability to get to destinations in a timely manner without sacrificing safety and security. While driving Dee was able to provide a safe and comfortable experience for our travelers. She helped the passengers in all aspects of the trip, even when our chaperones were ill and were unable to go along on some spots on this trip. Dee went above and beyond when the hotel our group was staying at let us down. Dee was polite, courteous, and showed a professional manner with all passengers at all times. She was also outgoing and had a personality that kept our tour lively and fun. In past trips we have had very good drivers and drivers that were very personable, but, Dee provided the best combination of outstanding driving and great customer relations. We hope to use Innovative Coach and Dee in the future, Thanks!

During the 3-day trip, Ahmed was personable and fit in with the group members and interacted with them when he wasn't driving. But most importantly, he was a very safe driver that I could relax with from the front seat. The motorcoach was very clean and well-maintained, and when we got some rain, Ahmed made sure to cover the steps into the bus to avoid slippage. The company is top-notch!

When R &J Transportation Inc.was in business my daughter bought me a $75 gift card towards a future…read morebus trip. This was back in 2023 and then the announcement came that they were going out of business at the end of the year and they would honor any gift cards by sending a check. I had my daughter go into the business show them the gift card and gave my name,address and phone number so they had all the information there but they never sent a $75 check even though she was there before the end of December 2023. When I called them about this saying that I never received the check, they looked in their file and saw that my name was associated with a gift card so they had the information but I said to them I never received the $75 check because I checked with my bank where I would have made the deposit. They offered no way of compensating that even though they have the information knowing that they did not issue me a $75 refund. Not sure if the owner of the company knows how this process was not fully compensating people that had given them the information that they also had in their files. If they could see that the gift card was not honored you think they would have said we will still send you a $75 check since you did not receive that from them.

Our driver was our tour guide and he was awesome hands-down funny he played music to go along with the whole route you see so many different things you learned about who Jim Thorpe who is the town and who's on one side of the town who's on the other side of the town don't wanna give you too much information so that you can actually go and enjoy it. It's 70 minutes long. It's actually longer than the train ride and it takes you a little bit more in depth than the train. It's a hands-down must do when you're in town and when they offer it cause I don't know if it's offered through the whole year. He also explained because we were there on Saturday during the fall foliage festival. There's was about 10,000 people that day and trust me I believe it if you do decide to go to the festival Ever make sure that you get there super Duper early because the parking lot they are packed and full you want to avoid that you. They also show you where Jim Thorpe is buried and a memorial. They are actually working on another statue for him. Shout out to Glen our trolley tour guide and again don't pass this up. If you go in the offer it it's a very interesting history ride.

There are two levels to the boat, and we headed up to the open air top level. There are a variety of tables and chairs available for seating. The lower level offers the concessions, though there was a friendly staff person who came around and offered to take orders and bring things to your table for you. They showed a movie that was about 20 minutes or so long that reviewed the history of the boat and the area, and then the remainder of the time you could enjoy the river and area. It was interesting to hear about the history and nature of the area, plus how the community all came together to not only raise the funds for the recreation of the boat, but also spent hours putting the pieces together once they arrived. Restrooms area available both on board and in a small facility at the dock. There is a nicely sized parking lot available too. They also offer a variety of specialty cruises, which also sound fun!
