I booked this limo service for a bachelorette trip to Atlantic City (~4.5 hours travel). About 2.5…read morehours into the trip, the limo breaks down and takes 3+ hours to repair, leaving us stranded. The car had two dead alternators as well as a dead battery so clearly it was not being serviced at all. In the meantime, I called the office to speak with the manager and she did not offer any type of refund on the trip or to send another limo to pick us up and continue to Atlantic City while the other is being serviced. A new limo could have picked us up and taken us to our destination before the broken limo was fixed. When we got back in the repaired limo, we had no air conditioning and no lights, radio, or cooling system for the food causing us to loose food. Not to mention, losing reservations that had been booked in Atlantic City. Also, while on the phone, the manager (Tammy) was extremely rude, called me rude, and continued to yell at me and tell stories about how airports operate. She tried to blame the limo breakdown on our party saying that we made an unscheduled stop, even though I had called two weeks prior to add the stop. She said I needed to speak with a manager and not a driver. I assumed that when I called the company phone number, I would be talking to someone who could handle my request. There is no communication within the company. She told me that these things happen and "that's life." She has no respect for her customers and also treated our driver like dirt, even though he was doing what he could for the party. Please DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! You will regret it.

The driver was 15 minutes late picking up my mom - no notification - which made her frantic with anxiety and I had to stop her from driving herself. Pluses were that he was apparently a good driver and they made it in time but still: unnecessary agita in terms of booking and the lack of communication about being delayed.

This was in July for a group going on a trip to the Bahamas - it's not like we had sweaters. - on the return trip - the bus was showing signs of age, and rode very hard. The driver was very 'jerky' with the shifting, and proceeded to get lost in the local town for the drop off home. The second time was for a large group trip to a Phillies Game. This company was used by the organizers. - On the way to the game, the driver almost went the wrong way, and the passengers had to tell her the correct way to go. - there were 3 busses. We were supposed to stay together because of the parking passes. Apparently 2 busses did not get the memo and decided to stop at a rest area (there are bathrooms on the bus). Our bus had to stop on the side of the highway for 15 minutes and wait for them to catch up - the bus was very uncomfortable - like the shocks have seen better days - on the return, the driver had no idea where she was going, and apparently has never heard of GPS. After wandering for a half hour in the wrong direction, passengers were using their cell phones and giving her the directions to use. I cannot recommend this company - especially not their drivers.
