Their 800 help line is outsourced to a company in Georgia that can't do anything other than tell you to reset your modem. They don't answer emails sent to their support address. They don't respond to calls. I was satisfied with Crestview for years, but Bend Broadband took over in November and suddenly their network quality nosedived. I'm getting screwed over by my cell phone company because of the poor WIFI from Bend Broadband When we are home Verizon switches us over to our WIFI We then have calls dropped and have to recall just have the call dropped again and again Called Bend Broadband I get the Sorry runaround after talking to THREE different people last week. DON'T DO IT...RUN...I'm telling YOU RUN the other way....the internet service is HORRID....customer SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE (if that could be possibly be :( ) We had them for 2 years, we experienced the same misuse's as the other reviewer...had to wait on a "contractor" to come up for hook up as their technician could not complete the job. We are NOT in a NEW DEVELOPMENT, at the time of hook up for cable and internet the technician explained to us the band width at the time we purchased our home in 2012 was already at critical usage limit. With in the last few months of 2014, we have noticed that we are unable to get onto to the internet. We ARE NOT GAMERS, we used our internet to check e-mails, pay bills, etc. It was so slow loading that we couldn't even check our e-mails or do any banking unless it was before 7am or after 8pm at night. On WEEKENDS FORGET IT...it won't matter what time you try. I am in full time on-line student unable to even log on to take my exams. Worst internet I've had. I pay for 20 Mbps got half of that most of the time if not less. Usually noticed after hours (since like most people I work during the day). After hours crew is based somewhere is the south so a little hard to understand but they tried hard to help me. They issued tickets and the local crew was "supposed" to call and address the issues to help me. They never called. Glad I'm moving so I don't have to deal with them. I would recommend trying any other service first and use them as last resort. read more

This company is horrible on every front. The speeds are not accurate. My Century Link 7mg is faster than the supposed 35mg on Broadband. The customer service is non existent. This is the absolute worst cable company I have ever had to deal with. I receive less than .2 of the speed I pay for. When you call to find a solution you get put on hold while they go out for lunch and then come back asking "you still here". Even at that speed there are constant disconnects. If they weren't the only game in town I would not use. I watched them purposely degrade an analog signal so you would have to upgrade to digital to get the snow out, when it wasn't there before the digital was offered! They give out personal information to third parties because I asked the party and they confirmed it was crestview! Crestwood is the worst service I have ever experienced. The picture continues to breakup and the sound goes dead. When I moved out of town I called them up to discontinue service. They set a date to pickup the boxes. They never showed up. When I moved out the boxes were still in the house. I am currently a Crestview customer and am switching in the next few days to CenturyLink. I hope I am happy with them.. they haven't got very good reviews either. But I just couldn't keep paying for Crestview's horrible service. Most weekends our internet goes out. They have a 24 hour help number but as the previous reviewer said, the after hours crew are based somewhere else and are of no help at all. They issue the ticket, and after having so many conversations with them, I finally learned that that means nothing will be done until someone is back in the local office on Monday. Great, another weekend without internet. With a toddler who is just now reeeeally getting into cartoons, that is reeeeally inconvenient. It's so nice to veg out on Saturday morning and watch some cartoons with him, and that is only possible if we have internet and can stream Netflix. So this dance went on with me and Crestview for two years and I finally decided to give them the boot. Oh, one time I called and asked why my internet was so slow, and they asked if I was using internet on more than one device simultaneously. Well, yes, of course I am! Is this not the 21st century? I was doing that 10 years ago in a different area, with a different provider, and had absolutely no problems then! WTF? I don't live in the boonies, either. No excuse. My last straw was this week, when the repair person came out to fix our internet which had been down all weekend - AGAIN. I told them I would be home from work at 4:30 and he could come anytime after that. Well, I didn't specify on the time, but I didn't think I had to..
