I started with a clam chowder, that had just the right consistency with beautiful chunks of perfectly cooked potato and clam. There is absolutely no grit or sand in my clams which was wonderful. I ordered the sirloin cooked medium which came with a baked potato and sautéed vegetables. Everything was cooked perfectly. The potato had a nice crispy exterior and soft pillowy inside and the vegetables were not overcooked. I do wish that they would've given a large portion for the vegetables, but I can understand them trying to keep the plates looking clean and nice. I'd say if there's one thing that was not good at this restaurant it was the complementary bread. The bread that came out had clearly been smashed down. I'm not sure if the bread came that way, or if maybe someone doesn't know how to cut bread in the kitchen. On top of that, the bread was very plain. For a fancy restaurant like this I expected something a little nicer, maybe even a sourdough. Just go ahead and skip the bread, it's not worth eating when you have so many better things to eat. My room had everything I needed including two beds, a large shower, a patio with a table and two chairs, toiletries, a Nespresso coffee maker (also included coffee, tea, sugar, honey, and creamer). The room had a sink, microwave, and mini fridge. There was also a couch, good quality tv, and a fire place. I liked that I've was available and it was pre-bagged to ensure cleanliness. The bathroom had a his and her sink setup, the shower is separate from the toilet, and the air conditioner was perfect, when needed. My only dislike about the room was the outlet near the bed. There was only one outlet available for a device that was not a phone or laptop. I needed to hook up a medical device and the outlet was too far from the top of the bed. I used the hot tub, sauna, steam room, and trails. At times, the women's locker room was a dirty mess. It would have been nice for someone to stay on top of keeping it clean. During the conference, we were served food, coffee, tea, and drinks. All the staff attending to us were great. Anything we needed, they provided it. I would for sure visit again!

I played here for the first time this month and I loved it. Did I loose some golf balls, yep sure did. Did I care nope. I have 3 favorite holes; Number 1. We staid in the Cascade Building and we overlooked the first hole. Beautiful to look at anytime of day and a very challenging first hole. Second favorite hole Number 10. A great elevated tee shot with incredible views all around. Finally my Third favorite hole, (actually a tie since I birdied them), 17 and 18. Call ahead on before the turn order your drink and or snack. The club house staff, and pro shop staff are all just top notch. The nicest and friendliest golf staffers around!
