They will tell you something first and charge you a different amount for extra treatment after, no matter you want it or not, no matter you get treatment or not, they will charge you!! If you don't pay they give your bill to collections!! It happened on me already please don't be the next one. They already messed up my credit score unless I pay for a treatment which I never got!! I hope this message will help you guys. But at same time I know that most patients there are old and innocent and that's why they ripped off people. I spoke with front desk Mrs Barbara today, she is a very nice lady, she listened the whole situation from me and try to do the best to help me, but this hospital won't fix their mistakes and insist to charge me for a treatment which I never got. She told me she is doing her job and there is nothing else more that she can do. This place sucks for real, I told her a great example that imagine you are coming to my store to shop, I told you 400$ first then charge you 800 later. If you don't pay me I will give your bill to collection. Easy money so nice. This is what happened on me I hope nobody goes to this place and be set up like me.

Had it not been for the awesome relationship you have with Casey Geiger & his team @Geiger Legal, I wouldn't be where I am today without the relationships both your teams have formed! More to come below... So, let me just start! Chase, my man! It was a Monday start for us for sure but it was a rough 8am Monday for many of us! You've always been very helpful & courteous, thank you & don't stop! Chevis, Genesis & Crystal: since day 1, all 3 of you've been great! Thanks for taking the time to just listen or if I need additional clarity, you 3 have really gone above & beyond! You three have also been super helpful every step & always so kind. Please don't lose those qualities! Brittany, your amazing way of explaining things is a gift! You've helped in areas you're NOT a part of & that's rare these days! Thank you so much! Ms. Danielle, you've done everything in your power to make sure I have been & are doing ok. Like your teammates mentioned prior, you've gone above & beyond in every way! The weekend visit to check on me @ the hospital...yeah, guess that's just you! Amazing! Thank you! For the staff in the on site operation department: Lady at the check in, you've always had this wonderful greeting for me & always remember me. That's a great thing to hear when walking in for a procedure! Thanks for making 'easier'! Nurses for my injections...thank you for putting up with me while on the table (multiple times) and my 'choice' of words & phrases that are definitely off color! I'm sorry I don't remember your names but all of you put up with me and each of you made sure I was always as comfortable as possible! Thank you all! Dr. Elshihabi, what more can I say about you that I haven't included above about your team?! We are now well over a year since my treatment started with you. I've had surgery (4/19/24) since & currently recovering. You're a very gifted person and you're doing what you are meant to do. Without your steady hands, my surgery wouldn't have been a success (so far! ) Your compassion & empathy for me (and my wife) have been very welcomed. Your calm demeanor really helped relax me for such a major spinal operation. Thank you. Saying this seems empty but it is not. I cannot express my gratitude enough to you & your ENTIRE staff for the care I have received and continue to receive. As I continue to recover from surgery, I look forward to the ABSOLUTELY BEST CARE that I have received thus far to only continue! My Kyphoplasty was scheduled 2 weeks in advance for a 7;15 am arrival Monday morning 4/6/26. Upon arrival, we saw the entire office staff was waiting outside. They had been locked out of their own office! Apparently the internet went down overnight. No IT support. 45 minutes later a maintenance worker showed up with hammer and chisel! An hour later, the surgeon took over and started using the hammer. Finally, at 8:45 we finally got in. After the staff got themselves settled we gave them our name and the time of our appointment (7:15) - we were instructed to take a seat. Odd they never gave us a clipboard to fiill out. Which gave us plenty of time to stare at their waiting room "Island of Doctor Moreau" wall mural. After another 30 minutes. we re-approached the desk, THEY HAD NO RECORD OF OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!! and DEI hires were content just to let us just sit there. After raising hell, a NP went back and talked the surgeon Dr. Ehlishabi, (we asssumed). Another NP came out and said they might be able to fit us in around 1:30! THE LAST THING ANY PATIENT WANTS - IS TO BE RUSHED INTO SURGERY THAT THEIR STAFF WAS NOT PREPARED FOR!! - WE LEFT - Never saw Dr. Ehlishabi. And that wall mural? It turned out to be an Omen!!!

She called me sweetie and within 2 minutes felt like it was her job to give me her "shpeal" as she put it about bring my CT scan and that I needed to do that and not always does their system work or can they log into Wellstar. I was trying to explain to her that it was an old CT scan and then she stated "Well then we don't need that and it doesn't matter" after cracking her knuckles and berating me. She was snappy and rude. My husband even was shocked at how she was speaking to me. I told her I would speak to my Dr about these matters at which time she just looked at me like I was being rude. She didn't realize at all that I have been in the medical field for 30 plus years and would never speak to a patient this way. She continued to talk to me like she was my Dr! at which time I again said, I will speak to my Dr about these things. Then she kind of laughed and walked out of the room with a huff. I did mention this to my very wonderful Dr. who was very professional and listened. I will stay a patient. Even when checking me out the MA came in, rolled her tongue over her teeth, cracked her neck with a head roll, and proceeded to ask me (thank God) yes or no questions about getting an MRI. Thank God I'm very well versed in all of this procedure so it was short. She really needs a class on speaking to patients that are in pain and new to the facility. And, she is NOT a Dr. she has no right to be acting this way at all as a medical assistant
