She told me she is doing her job and there is nothing else more that she can do. This place sucks for real, I told her a great example that imagine you are coming to my store to shop, I told you 400$ first then charge you 800 later. Then we get another bill with a higher amount after receiving confirmation that we owed the first amount. When trying to contact the billing department, you can only leave a voice mail. The email address on the statement is invalid. While their therapists may be wonderful, their billing department lacks in many ways, especially customer service.
