There was zero care for my husbands pain like he's not worthy of help or relief, Maggie the nurse practitioner just did not care and said for him to take 4000mg of Tylenol per day for pain and he has history of liver cancer which is on their paperwork and to me that said a lot about their care, are they trying to kill him with pain and suffering or cause him more liver problems?

I have visited Dr. Lewis twice. Each time I felt like he was more interested in selling me things…read morethan treating me. The first visit he sold me foot and ankle braces to help with my numbness in my feet. The second visit he sold me shoe inserts and a fungal ointment to treat my toes, even though he told me I did not have a fungus. The ointment he sold me, he charged me $35 and I found out I could get at Walmart for $8. I wanted a refund but he would not do it. I have never been to a doctor before that prescribed something and then had it in his office to sell it to you. Just doesn't feel right. I will not return and do not recommend him.

Surgery is known for being over whelming and daunting...especially when managing all of the paperwork, processes etc. But Dr. Rodes' secret weapon is Carla Montgomery. I cannot say enough kind things about her. She is very patient and kind and extremely informative when managing upcoming surgeries. Her sweet demeanor and gentle voice keeps you calm and reassures you that everything will be okay in midst of the jitters and fears that typically come before an operation. She will hold your hand through the entire process and answer and any all questions you might have. She is ALWAYS available by phone and very quick to resolve any unforeseen issues. I've never been so prepared for a surgery in my life. If all of NHOI's staff were like Carla, the world would be a much better place! I highly recommend NHOI for anyone with Orthopedic issues and I recommend Carla Montgomery even more!

I've lost track of the number of times I've been to this place - back issues, knee replacements…read more(right and left), and a third knee surgery to correct problems from one of the replacements. There have been a few staffing changes over the years, but the quality of care has been consistent. The office staff are friendly and efficient. Treatment plans are appropriately individualized, but one thing they all seem to have in common is that with every visit you'll work to the limit of your ability. The camaraderie among the therapists and the way they involve patients in stories and laughter makes each session something to look forward to. I highly recommend!

They were also easy to work with in helping find appointments that me my schedule. The facility and equipment are clean. The therapists I found to be friendly, caring and highly knowledgeable. What makes PT Solutions different is that they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and give me extra attention and patience when I was having bad days.
