Almost 3 years ago, my desperation about finding balance and improve my health leaded me to…read moreapproach this practice. I knew it was going to be an out of pocket expense , even though I had health insurance, but again I needed help to feel better since the internal medicine doctors under my health insurance were useless and seems to be more interested on "label" me as a sick person and put me on every medicine under the sky. After almost $6,000 dollars paid in "retainer" fees , and very expensive lab tests/hormone tests (average of 500 per visit ) , I decided to provide feedback to this practice. I had already pointed via phone almost 4 months ago that in almost 3 years , no one ever called me to check on me, no one every followed up on me to see how I was doing , so customer/patients service was very deficient, and every time I will call the practice it was all about you need to come over and spend more money. The "retainer" fee of $300 every 3 months did not offer anything else...not even 1 wellness benefit, which I know they offer, of any kind nor included any service or percentage against my tests/labs ... I realized that the retainer was pretty much just having the "right" to reach out the practice and that was it. I sent the email with the feedback , and all I got back was " I will cancel it , have a good day"...??? I guess the response should have not surprised me. Such a rude response simply confirmed to me that they could care less about how I feel or the minimum intention of keeping me as a customer and improve the service. I am aware that rich people attending their practice might have the money to pay their fees and feel just fine with it, but it is just un-ethical to treat all your patients which such a lack of care when you are reaching out a practice because of health reasons. I have nothing against the personnel as people , but the way the practice is being run to make a patient feel hears and that their financial efforts are well worth it , is inexistent.

He does a micro-nutrient analysis, and provides custom vitamins! It's also a lot of nutritional advice, which I think was the main thing that helped me lose the lbs. I'm 6'3", so I wasn't exactly "fat" but man, I feel SOOO much better now. Thank you Dr. Flowers! This practice is recommended without reservation. Changed my life. I should add that I tried out 3 other anti-aging doctors before I found Dr. Flowers, and I initially visited him due to his training, but I stayed due to the results, and what a thorough and caring physician he is.

I'm taking the time to write this review because I initially gave the first incident some grace,…read morebut after my recent experience I feel compelled to share my concerns. The security guard at this location a light-skinned Black male has consistently overstepped his role. During my first encounter my two boys and I walked in, and he immediately directed us to sign in at the kiosk because the front desk attendant had stepped away. His behavior during this interaction was uncomfortable and felt unnecessarily confrontational. He asked if we lived in the county then questioned if we actually lived in the area, with a demeanor that came across as stereotyping. His attitude was confusing especially given that his role is security not front desk assistance. Today, I had another issue while on a phone call and tried to speak with the desk clerk. The same security guard intervened repeatedly despite my attempts to communicate that I did not want his involvement. He interrupted the situation unnecessarily and even after I told him to stop speaking to me he continued to interject. At one point he suggested calling for backup and then accused me of walking in aggressively despite me not raising my voice, being hostile, or threatening anyone. This behavior was antagonistic and unprofessional. Security staff are there to ensure safety not to interrogate or judge patients. When I asked for corporate or management contact information to report the incident, I was denied, and subsequent attempts to get this information over the phone were met with the runaround and long hold times forcing me to hang up. I value this urgent care location but I refuse to be subjected to unnecessary intimidation from someone whose role is purely security. This situation needs to be addressed to ensure staff remain in their proper role and patients are treated respectfully. I will be contacting corporate and they need to pull the footage to see his body language and how he spoke to me because it was unwarranted.

I throughly enjoyed my visit with Dr Hearn. I found her shy at first, but during our conversation, she warmed up quickly and developed a nice reporé with me. She listened, was attentive, knowledgeable and provided great information in a very supportive manner. She offered suggestions regarding several of my comments. I enjoyed her demeanor, caring eyes, and attentiveness. I trust her with my care and look forward to being a long-term patient of hers. I found the facility to be clean, the other staff I met friendly, kind and professional. They have an in-house lab so I could have my blood drawn during the visit.

One being a 'mental health assesment' for the doctor to provide better patient care. It was a short quick survey about stress. I didn't think much about it. Come to find out, I was billed $79.85 for completing said survey, and this is not prevantative care, so I am at cost on this. DO NOT COMPLETE ANY UNNESSARY PAPERWORK. They will charge you apparently and refuse to refund said charge. I have no access to whatever this mental health assessment was, and I did not ask for it. Bad practices by this organization.

The pharmacist that dispensed the medication after i was yelled at and told not to be a patient anymore after asking for it to be verified by the receptionist advised to find another doctors office. The pharmacist even stated he has never had so much troible clariying an order on a high risk medication. The doctor himself is nice but his office staff is a NO. They are clearly taking advantage of many of their clients are low income and have no documentation. Too many clinics out there to deal with a rude one that is so badly disorganized. Also they dont follow hippa as their medical records are out for display for the oublic to read due to piles of it everywhere at the front counter and the rude receptionist that attends to everyone at same time. Do NOT go here.

Go to the Composite Medical Board License Search for Georgia, find him & then look at the actions taken against his license by the board. Sounds like some pretty scary stuff. His license was just reprimanded for "not providing the minimal standard of care". In describing one incident, the report reads: "On or about December, 2010, patient presented to respondent's office, complaining of swollen ankles, a bloated stomach, and spitting up blood. At that visit, respondent did not order or perform any tests or document any physical exam. Patient was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, upper respiratory infection, and anemia. Respondent did not admit patient to hospital at that time". It only gets worse from there. Just here trying to make the public aware. Do your research before you see or allow to be seen by this guy.
