I have been working with them for a year now, and I am quite happy. The staff are caring and friendly. Dr. Todd is careful and the visits are quick. Massage therapy is the best - all of their massage therapist has their own style. So far, I have stuck with Rosie as I found her to be the one who can modify her massages based on how much pain I am in and/or what I am having the most difficulties with. I often wish I am a millionaire so I can just hire her full time hehe. I highly recommend going with their massage therapy prior your adjustment (if your insurance permits). The office itself is quite small. Nothing extravagant, but it is cozy. I don't have a set schedule with them, but for the most part, there is not a long wait (if any). Parking may seem sparse at first glance, but they actually have plenty of spaces in the back of the building. They are located almost at the corner of the street right next to the goodwill. It is easy to pass it by, so be on the lookout when you drive here. There are plenty of restaurants/fast food up and down this road, so chow time is also a breeze. I like to squeeze in a massage/therapy during lunch time as I can grab food on my way back to the office. All in all - I recommend.

I am so glad I found this place…read more I was having an issue with my low back that I was unable to self treat at home. As such, I did a little digging on Yelp and found this place. Lucky for me, they are also listed as an in-network provider with my insurance company (Aetna). I called the number listed, and got the chiropractor himself, Dr. Jason Weeks. He advised that he could schedule me in on the same day! The office is located in the same shopping plaza as Ollie's Bargain Outlet. I arrived about 5 minutes prior to my appointment. There were a few patrons waiting and a few already in process of receiving treatment. The first step for me was having an evaluation with Dr. weeks. He is extremely personable, and appears to be very knowledgable. I really appreciated all of the questions that he asked as well as the test that he performed. I really appreciate the fact that he took x-rays prior to doing any adjustments on me. As we looked over the x-rays he advised that he was looking for a reason not to adjustment me. He also explained what the x-Ray revealed to him. My treatment included a 10 minute lay on a decompression table, 10 minutes on ice and a tens unit and an adjustment. Dr. Weeks adjusted my neck, as well as my lower back. I immediately felt 90% better. Now this is what really impressed me, Dr. Weeks told me that he was not in the business of providing treatment just to provide treatment. He said that he did want me to follow up the following week, but moving forward I can make the call as to when I need another adjustment! This has NEVER happened in all my years of treating with a chiropractor. Honestly, they usually run my insurance and determine how many visits I have and basically tell me I need to come 2-3x a week. I really appreciate that Dr. Weeks has integrity. If you are looking for a chiropractor I would highly recommend you give Dr. Weeks a call. I started seeing him for neck and shoulder pain, which was caused by frequent travelling and use of my laptop computer for work. Within the first few weeks, I felt significant pain relief. Dr. Judd was a lifesaver - he met me at his office first thing on a Saturday morning (non-regular business hours), after I contacted him late on a Friday night. I made all the necessary arrangements including rescheduling my own patients until late in the afternoon, dropping my son at school later than usually to make sure his drop of time coincided with the time of my appointment. I arrived to the practice at 9:30 am and found the front door to be locked. I read note which provided me with a phone number to call regarding receiving assistance when the front door is locked. When I called, I spoke directly to Dr. Weinberg who informed me that he was in route and would be here right in time for my appointment at 9:45am. After waiting 10-15 minutes, Dr. Weinberg pulled into the parking lot and and quickly walked towards his building. I exited my vehicle and arrived into the establishment, where Dr. Weinberg greeted me and inquired about whether I was a new patient. He immediately gave me an intake form to complete. At 9:45am, a young Caucasian couple entered the lobby and Dr. Weinberg asked them to follow him to the back. The intake form took 5 minutes to complete, however, Dr. Weinberg remained with his patients for 30 minutes, despite knowing that I was his 9:45 appointment. During this time, another patient entered the lobby room. As she and I waited, we began to converse. She informed me that her appointment was at 10am and I shared that my appointment was 9:45am. She described her experience with the practice as "different" but reported being pleased with the services. Finally at 10:20am, Dr. Weinberg concluded his appointment and walked his patients to the front door. When I handed him the clipboard in anticipation of finally being seen. He requested that I provided him with my identification and insurance card. As I reached into my wallet and pulled out what he requested. I heard him, tell the young Caucasian women whose appointment was at 10am to "Come on back." I immediately looked at him in disbelief and stated, " Sir. My appointment was at 9:45am." He apologized and replied " I'm sorry. I'm running late." Not knowing that the Caucasian woman already revealed that her appointment time was after mine, yet he continued to usher her into his examination room and left me in the waitroom. As a doctor myself. Mr. Weinberg's behavior was indicative of a lack of respect for his patient's time, a lack of professionalism, and in my opinion....very racist. I booked the first appointment for the day but yet all of the doctor's Caucasian clients were seen before me. What added insult to injury, was the text message Mr. Weinberg sent me, once again doubling down on him "running behind" rather than acknowledging that he deliberately took other patients before me. To have gone through all that I did to prepare for this appointment by rearranging my schedule, arriving on time, and still be treated as a second class patient, is indicative to his practice and mindset. If you are a potential client of color....don't waste your time or money with him. Spend money where your time is honored and you are respected as a human being!
