I have been going to this office for some time now. I have encountered many problems with…read morereceiving my prescriptions. Like currently, I went to the office visit and he never sent in my prescription. I have been trying for three days for him to send in my prescription. And that front desk receptionist has sent him a message three times in regards to this, And Pharmacy is yet to receive the prescription. when it comes to having issues with prescriptions getting the right prescription, This is not the first nor second time this has happened. I stay in constant pain and do everything that he asked me to do including injections. But he only offers one type of injections. I work as a professional chef where I stand on my feet for 8 to 12 hours. I don't have the luxury as him to be able to sit down and rest with my job and then go home and just ignore my customers. I depend on my medication to keep me functioning so I can perform my job, with that said, I depend on him to do his job and that's what I hired him to do. I can bet that there might be a lot of self-pay patients save your money and go somewhere else.

The doctor never ran test took blood did a physical test and denied me medical care because of neurologist has requested for me to have surgery to save my vision so she refused to help me until she see results. Originally coming to north of Atlanta pain clinic I was supposed to be seen by the male doctor somehow I've only been seen by Miss Olga. Who seems very unconcerned she's never touched me at the visit or came through or 3 feet within reach. I fell 5 to 6 feet down while working at UPS in the control center which is not regular grounding. She was able to tell me that she could see records. From other places, including MRI and x-rays from the hospital But she cannot treat me with those records. I was told to get an MRI ordered after that I was told that I was told by Miss Olga that I would need surgery on my neck blockages. I was willing to give up urine going to the hospital I'll being treated for pain in rehab prescriptions taken home in the last four years as needed for pain management in the system and I'm being treated by my primary care as well so sometimes you can't go to the hospital when you have pain management on record. I spoke with her She told me that the nurse said that I refuse to bring in any medical records okay someones lying on my soul and unborn kids I never said that when I'm trying to get medical treatment, I spoke to the nurse about it she could not recall. So then she proceeds to call me and tell me that I can't even see the other doctor she canceled my appointment over the phone as if she just doesn't want me at the location for treatment. aching burning tingling and feeling like bugs are crawling over me. I have rheumatoid arthritis. I have a neck injury, a back injury, and I also have fibromyalgia and she told me none of those sicknesses had anything to do with Pain. I also have fluid in my brain that I'm having surgery for on Thursday so life hasn't been easy. I just have never felt so empty in the inside any hospital I go to they take care of me because of my records any doctor I go to they take care of me. She wanted to have surgery. And my primary care and neurologist advised me to wait after that she didn't want to speak. I feel like I'm being discriminated against because of my color.

I received an email an HOUR before my appointment when I was already in an Über on the way there…read more When I called, I was informed that the doctor had just changed all of his visits to Telemedicine at the Stockbridge location without informing anyone because he didn't want to travel, and I would have to go to the Norcross location since I am a new patient requiring an in person visit. I was then informed that it was unknown when he would be back at the Stockbridge location so I was unable to reschedule. I find this extremely unprofessional, and rude. Especially since I specifically requested an appointment at the Stockbridge location. In my opinion if a clinic has more than one location there should be a doctor available at both offices to meet the need of their patients new, or established.
