If you are in pain, go see Marc Stewart, PT., he is fantastic. I suffered for 9 years from debilitating lower back. After too many doctors, including surgeons; therapists; MRIs; countless medications, shots, etc., I had given up, then miraculously found this office and thought, I will give them my last shot. On my first visit, I painfully walked in thinking it was not going to help me, and told them they were my last try. Mark Stewart examined me, no previous PT ever did, and found the problem. Explained the situation and my options, at that time he did laser therapy on me and when finished asked me to walk and see if the severity of the pain I had at arrival had changed. Had it changed? Boy did it change, I was almost pain free! That was yesterday, July 18, 2019, today, July 19th., I went back for a second lazer treatment, feel great, physically 10 years younger, even grocery shopped and cooked, it had been almost a year since I had. Marc Stewart, owner of JCPT and his staff; Holly (book keeping) Ernita (front office) Kate (PT assistant) & Archana (PT) are ALL wonderful. I've been coming here on and off for over one year for various ailments, some much more serious than others in scope. Everyone is phenomenal in this office, from bookkeeping to getting you back up and running, whichever form that takes for you. Marc Stewart loves laser therapy and swears by it- I am typically not one to believe in quick fixes for anything, but the heat laser therapy works!! There was one time that I came in for a routine maintenance issue and my right hand/wrist had been hurting. John took my hand and said, let's Laser it and see how it does. That afternoon it was feeling better, but the next day ALL THE PAIN WAS GONE!! No Lie!!! It hasn't hurt since, and I've been without pain for over a month now. All I've got to say is to trust in the process and do all of the home exercises they give you. I graduated from PT February 18, 2021 and wanted to thank JCPT for all the post-op support that you gave me. As a 75 year old Total Knee Replacement candidate, I gotta tell you, there was some trepidation about getting this done. Then, being practical about it, I knew that it was not going to get better all on it's own. My surgeon was a supportive person and told me that If I worked as hard as he did to get this done, I would be fine...as long as I did my PT My wife was supportive and listened attentively to my fears in the night then told me she would be there for me...always...now...and forever...as long as I did my PT My Therapist Beth Paton was a miracle worker...she's the best. She made me want to do my PT and was encouraging me do my best every visit. Gotta say, I am a blessed man with two pretty good knees now. I've been going to Johns Creek Physical Therapy for almost three weeks and cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the friendly greeting at the front desk, to the experience with the therapists and the treatment plan from Mark Stewart, my time there has been great. I have low back pain and Mark and the other therapists are really helping me when other things (chiropractic, yoga, dry needling, other physical therapy) had failed. The office is always clean and neat, the equipment is in excellent condition and - most importantly - the treatment I'm receiving is truly relieving my pain. I have other areas (neck and shoulder) that I need to work on and i have every intention of continuing with Johns Creek Physical Therapy. I do not recommend Dr. Marc for anything TMJ related. I went to him for dry needling for jaw issues which I have had done with previous doctors with no issue. Dr. Marc dry needled my jaw in such a painful way I had never had done before with needles constantly going in and out of my jaw for 15 minutes. Needless to say, I left there in way more pain than I had going in and three weeks later, I have lost complete hearing in the same ear of the jaw he worked on and will now be seeing an ENT. I will never return to the office and highly recommend not going here for anything dry needling related. read more

He set up a personalized treatment plan which included laser therapy, electrical muscle stimulation and exercises. I am now PAIN-FREE. My first post was moved to "not recommended"?? I went to see Marc Stewart at Johns Creek Physical Therapy on the recommendation of a friend who had great results here. I couldn't have received better care and service from Marc and his staff. He did a thorough exam of my back and relieved a month long condition in three visits. I have been pain free for five months now. I have had therapy at other places in the area over the years but Marc's office is hands down the best I've ever seen. John's Creek PT assisted my daughter, who is a dancer, with rehabilitation from a left knee injury. Marc Stewart did an excellent job in his exam, analysis of the official report and in treating her. Left untreated, the injury would have gotten much worse and inhibited her recovery.
