When I mentioned I found them on Yelp, one of the staff even asked, "Are they still saying mean things about us?"--that should have been my first red flag. I brought in a simple job: trimming 4 inches off each side of a banner. The person helping me didn't measure, just eyeballed it, and now the banner is noticeably uneven. While working, he also complained that the job "wasn't worth $$$," which felt unprofessional. I was hoping to find a reliable local print shop for a new 10x10 banner and brochures, and a simple, positive experience could have led to more business.
