I followed up with my PCP who referred me to Dr. Dellacono. It took over a month to get an appointment. I make it to the appointment spent about 4-5 minutes with the Doctor who gave me more antibiotics and steroids. Wanted to refer me to a neurologist for an ear issue ??? This is what they do if the problem isn't glowing on a CAT scan or they just don't care they pass you along? I am tired of it. How can you leave somebody in so much pain especially when I have been a patient for over 20 years. So disappointed. I will never go back, thankfully.

The nurses in CCU were amazing nurses. They were caring, funny and made you feel safe. My nurses were Wanda, Zoe and Stephanie. They made one hell of a team. I couldn't figure out if it was busy (overflow) or if it was an insurance/Medicaid/Medicare issue. Why all seniors? It was disturbing to see. When I got the bill, I was billed for BOTH abdominal and transvaginal ultrasounds although only one was performed! You want me to pay for double the procedures because your tech made a bad call? So regret allowing this company to do my US. (Ps, Lawrence and Memorial sources these people to "read" your ultrasounds. So you get one bill from L&M for the ultrasound, and another one from the doctor that reads the results, and they work for Ocean Radiology.) So you really get triple billed...it's awful. Steer clear if you're even aware you're using this company, as I wasnt.

Stuck in automated helper Hell. Trying to get ahold of an actual person in billing was a struggle...but once I did get though, was transferred to Yale-NH billing, which had no record of me owing any balance, nor had there ever been one on My Chart billing. I'm not sure what's happening there...but it took me almost 2 hours to rectify this issue from Ocean Radiology. I can understand why there are so many poor reviews regarding billing.
