Here it is again. :) Incredible dedication to service. I felt listened to and genuinely cared for by the staff. Prior to being referred to IPT, I had been ignored by my doctor and my medical concerns dismissed. My first consultation Jeanie diagnosed me immediately and we came up with a plan. It was brilliant! Weeks of dedicated work where I was totally supported through the entire process. I cannot thank them enough. Not only did I work out my physical ailments, but they really helped me deal with my PTSD from the accident. They had great recommendations for how I could continue working out at home, complete with print outs so I could do the exercises on my own. My therapist noticed and appreciated that I did my exercises and always offered encouragement - and tough love when I needed it. When routines needed something I didn't have, Jeanie generously offered me tools like a stretch of the rubber band for free. The holistic approach IPT staff undertakes is wonderful, it helps you heal with more than just physical treatment, but recover mentally and emotionally as well. Their services were absolutely invaluable and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy or just wants to join a fantastic gym.

It's not. The first one retired. I stuck with the second one for 10 years and since moving it is a 45 minute drive and some times of day the traffic can be a problem. That's why I went to Connaughty. I have been twice and am very happy with the results. The first night after treatment I could sleep without excruciating pain, some pain still but I could sleep. We are using Active Release Technology and muscle stimulation. Dr. Connaughty is personable and explains things very well. The stim technician obviously knows her job as this is the first time I could feel the result of treatment. She got the right placement of the leads and the right intensity to start with. I went here worried that I would not like the treatment and have to keep trying other options. Far, far, far from that. Very happy starting treatment here!

So she fills them out again, while waiting for the doctor he pops in and says he's going to help a patient who was "on time" first. (The other patient asked the doctor about this and was concerned for my wife being treated before her, and asked am I cutting another patient who has been waiting) Long story short she left the office in tears, untreated, in agonizing pain, and frustrated by how she was treated. I went in to speak with Mr Hutter personally to find out what had happened. In the first minute of our conversation he insulted my wife and the fact that's she's dyslexic. So if you're looking to be mistreated by an office that takes no responsibility for its actions and makes fun of people's disabilities, then this is the place for you!!!
