I have been suffering with some impingement issues in my shoulder and kelly is slowly but surely working out the issue. Between exercises, stretches and icing multiple times over the last two weeks, I've already seen noticeable improvements. Through exercise and their expertise, I am now at a 0 to 2 for pretty much any movement I do. The key is keeping at it and following the directions of things to do at home. They have truly given me my life back. During the shutdown due to the corona virus, I had detailed paperwork on exactly what to do. They have customized my exercises to focus on areas that have been problematic for me, and now I can do the things I could not do just a few months ago. Every time we come they give him different exercises and treatments. They've used percussion massagers, resistance bands, and cupping to name a few of the treatments. The place is always clean and smells great -not always the case in doctor's offices or therapy clinics. The music is great and I've added a bunch to my Spotify.
