Called for an eye exam and was told I have to wait six months. I also did not reach a real person to speak to for three days of trying.

Felt comfortable with her expertise in putting me into glasses that fit my personality and my face, perfectly!! Would highly recommend! Also loved the Dr. He was very helpful regarding my eye issue.

My experience at this eye clinic was very disappointing. During the visit, important instructions…read morewere not clearly communicated, specifically, my family member was given dilation drops but was not advised to wear sunglasses or limit light exposure afterward. We are not experts, we don't know the dangers. Shortly after leaving, and her eyes being exposed to the harsh afternoon sunlight for 15 - 20 mins. her symptoms worsened significantly, including severe light sensitivity, redness, and discomfort, which required an ER visit later the same day. We paid the entire exam out of pocket too because this place was the only one open on a Sat and our insurance didn't cover it. And the ER doctor told me the exam itself caused an Secondary infection to her eyes. Her eyes become very swollen, shut, very red and painful. Now her eyes are still swollen and shut, 24 hours later. And I am very anxious and nervous as she is my mom and her eyes are in a bad shape. During the visit both the Doctor and technician handling the eye exam were coughing repeatedly. I am guessing this is where the infection could of occurred in the small room. They should have worn a mask. As patients, we rely on proper guidance, especially after procedures that can affect vision and comfort. Clear communication, preparation, and respectful responses to concerns are essential. This experience fell incredibly short in those areas, and I hope others are warned before going.
