This was a very extensive test that lasted approx 45 minutes EACH, and we were amazed that it was given at No Charge. Kaitlyn's main concern what was best for the customer. There was no hard sell whatsoever. As a matter of fact she advised us to see a medical E.N.T. health provider before going any further. I highly recommend Beltone and I only hope you get a friendly and quality Audiologist like Kaitlyn.

I would not have bought them otherwise. Unfortunately the hearing aids caused severe pains in my ears. I returned the hearing aids to Mark Brown, owner of Beltone in Groton, CT, after a 3 week trial on Nov 22, 2021. That was 2 weeks ago. I'm still waiting for the refund . My credit card bank is investigating the dispute. PS: Beltone refunded $2990 to my credit card account today, one day after I posted this review. A $200 fee was deducted from the refund. I dispute this. Mark did not mention that the fee included in the sales price is not refundable when I paid him. He only told me this after I returned the hearing aids. PS2: My credit card bank concluded their investigation in my favor on Dec 8. 2021. I got my full refund. The case is resolved. BUYERS BEWARE! Beltone's "free trial" is not really free. 1. You have to pay the full price in advance before you can take the hearing aids home. 2. You may have to pay the $200 fitting fee and up to 12% of the sales price if you decided to return the hearing aids.

I make it to the appointment spent about 4-5 minutes with the Doctor who gave me more antibiotics and steroids. Wanted to refer me to a neurologist for an ear issue ??? This is what they do if the problem isn't glowing on a CAT scan or they just don't care they pass you along? I am tired of it. How can you leave somebody in so much pain especially when I have been a patient for over 20 years. So disappointed. I will never go back, thankfully.
