This is a review of the fine folks that took care of her in her final days. This facility is part rehab facility and part nursing home. Over the past six years, she has been here for rehab, for several weeks at a time, five or six times. She was so pleased with the service and the staff that she chose here for the last year of her life She was comfortable and cared for and clean and well fed and stimulated as best as you can be at that advanced age. Over the years, I've visited dozens and dozens of times, and I've found the employees to be just fine. While the pandemic was a huge challenge, they handled it professionally. The "lockdowns," while annoying for visitors and loved ones were a necessary part of the unprecedented situation. This is not the "Mercedes" of nursing homes but if you want to sleep well at night knowing that your loved one is well cared for, this is a fine choice in the Central Florida area!

I payed extra for my lenses because I wanted the no glare and stuff like that. The doctor (Dr Anderson) was awesome but the service was disappointing and frustrating. Update: Spoke with Dr Anderson who gave me Irene's number. I called and spoke with Irene after going through all of this and she is going to get my glasses fixed! So now I can actually use them.
