We feel we are extremely fortunate to have found such a wonderful, caring, compassionate, and loving doctor -- who really listens to us. I first started coming to Dr. Montero with a recommendation of a friend from church, back in 2013. Dianne didn't care much for her PCP, so I recommended Dr. Montero -- and she was thrilled with how attentive he was to her needs. My sister Trish invited us over to her house for dinner, and while we were eating my brother-in-law William asked, "I'm not happy with my doctor. Who do you go to, and do you like them? Dianne and I looked at each other and she said, "Do we like him?! He's fabulous!" William asked, "You mean both of you go to him?" I replied, "That's right, and we recommend him highly." So Dr. Montero is now William's PCP, and the next time we were over to their house, William said, "Well you were sure right about Dr. Dan Montero. You feel good having a great PCP like him." There's a good chance the next time we go to their house, he'll probably have Trish going to Dr. Dan . . . (:-o)

I was trying to figure out a day to get an appointment, the original day i was looking for was not available so i had to rethink things and due to the situation at my job there are not a lot of days i can take off. When i changed my mind and asked about the availability of a day she mentioned previously she kind of laughed and sighed then proceeded to ask in a hostile voice what time i was looking for. This may be my last visit to this office.

They almost damaged and life threatening tryimg to give my grand baby only a few months old the wrong shots. wrong vaccines and they acted like they didn't care. no remorse. My daughter spoke up and repeatedly telling them that's the wrong shots and they ignored her. But thank God my daughter told them and made sure he wasn't gonna get those shots. This nursing staff needs to be cleared out for a new staff or this doctor will be losing more than patients coming to see her!

Since Sebring has no pediatric hospital I had to go down to Miami to get my baby checked into the emergency room because she had a possible seizure. I left multiple messages for the doctor to call me back with the nurse on call and nobody called me back for an entire week and a half!!!!! Thankfully after 2days in the hospital in observation and running numerous tests, the results were negative Thank God! I called the doctors office and spoke with the front desk who advised me that in order for me to speak with the doctor, I would have to come in. I asked if they had received any of my messages and they advised that they did receive them but in order for me to speak with the doctor I had to go in person. A simple phone call from Dr.Camillo asking how she was doing prior to me coming in for a follow up appointment would have been the professional thing to do. But she refused to call me and required me to come in person. Again, absolutely no bedside manners whatsoever!!!!! We will NEVER go back there again! On top of that, the front desk is VERY unprofessional, whether you're in person or over the phone one of the front desk girls constantly calls you "Babe" .... What is that?! Either call me by my last name, first name or "Mam". But it's extremely unprofessional to be calling patients mothers "Babe"!
