Please be careful of Dr Veronica Walker!…read more My daughter was visiting from out of town and was struggling with a UTI. Dr Walker prescribed ciprofloxacin. Cipro has a BLACK BOX WARNING! It's well and widely known that cipro is a DANGEROUS medication and should only be prescribed as a last resort. News articles, cdc, fda, nhs, Mayo Clinic, clinical journals and personal stories warning about the dangers of cipro and this doctor prescribed it for a minor uti. Dr Walker should have her medical license reviewed! There are SEVERAL other less dangerous UTI medications that could have been prescribed such as Keflex, Macrobid, Macrodantin or Monurol. Occasionally there are new medical advancements and new information that comes out...we don't use leaches any longer to cure headaches and we shouldn't be flippantly prescribing cipro any longer. From a simple search... and then there are articles after articles! "Cipro (ciprofloxacin) should only be prescribed by doctors as a last resort for severe infections when no other options exist, due to severe, permanent, and disabling side effects. The FDA and other agencies have warned against its use for common, uncomplicated infections like sinusitis, bronchitis, and simple urinary tract infections (UTIs). Risks: It carries FDA "black box" warnings for risks including tendon rupture, peripheral neuropathy, central nervous system effects, and mental health issues."

Which has never been a problem before. My prescriptions had completely ran out and I need at least a re-up on my Dexcom monitoring device, which has nothing to do with my blood sugars other than monitoring. The nurse told me I have to be seen with bloodwork done. I told her I am in debt with LabCorp and I couldn't afford bloodwork at this moment. I just need sensors prescription re-up that will give me time to pay off LabCorp and get blood work done so they can assess my insulin needs. I've always understood the protocol and I don't have a problem with it. With even the fact that I am in a hardship situation financially she still would not do the prescription or talk to anybody about it. I have never been retreated so coldly and rudely to have a protocol put above my life. I would've even have taken a sample but no, I guess it's either get your blood work done or die. So I hope anybody reading this understands what they're getting themselves into when they go to this doctor's office. Dr. offices are supposed to help people not make things worse. I've always been a good patient for them and now it seems I am not.

All they care about are the copays here! Dr. Camillo has absolutely no bedside manners whatsoever!…read moreMy 3 month old baby had an emergency over the weekend. Since Sebring has no pediatric hospital I had to go down to Miami to get my baby checked into the emergency room because she had a possible seizure. I left multiple messages for the doctor to call me back with the nurse on call and nobody called me back for an entire week and a half!!!!! Thankfully after 2days in the hospital in observation and running numerous tests, the results were negative Thank God! I called the doctors office and spoke with the front desk who advised me that in order for me to speak with the doctor, I would have to come in. I asked if they had received any of my messages and they advised that they did receive them but in order for me to speak with the doctor I had to go in person. A simple phone call from Dr.Camillo asking how she was doing prior to me coming in for a follow up appointment would have been the professional thing to do. But she refused to call me and required me to come in person. Again, absolutely no bedside manners whatsoever!!!!! We will NEVER go back there again! On top of that, the front desk is VERY unprofessional, whether you're in person or over the phone one of the front desk girls constantly calls you "Babe" .... What is that?! Either call me by my last name, first name or "Mam". But it's extremely unprofessional to be calling patients mothers "Babe"!

If Hippocrates actually said "do no harm", Dr. John Yee has developed his own modified version of…read morethe oath. His pledge is to "do great good for those who need you most". Two years ago I spent much of my time moving through life in a wheelchair because of a serious foot injury. I was facing seemingly impossible odds when I met Dr. John Yee. While other physicians had given up on my case, Dr. Yee engaged his unending creative problem-solving skills suggesting unique treatments that resolved my problem and resulted in a much-improved lifestyle. As I began to improve, Dr. Yee suggested that an exercise program would be essential to my regaining strength and balance. He found a gym whose talented owner agreed to work with several of his patients recovering from serious medical issues. Under his direction, five of us we're pushed and challenged and we improved --- and then Covid-19 hit and the gym had to close. Dr. Yee then stepped in and offered to personally teach us martial arts strategies and techniques to continue our recovery using a virtual platform. Dr. Yee now coaches us in strength training, balance strategies and relaxation techniques and we continue to grow physically and mentally. His gentle concern has strengthened our minds, bodies and souls. Because of his concern, I am today a seventy-one-year-old woman, who had never been athletic, exercising 7 days a week, learning taekwondo and feeling stronger than ever. I am proud of myself for never giving up. I know that I owe this new life and confidence to my brilliant, challenging physician / life coach, Dr. John Yee. I will always be grateful to him for making the latter part of my life the best part!

Myers, after luckily being connected to him while stuck here with my parents during COVID. Dr. Tritel took on my complex case and has done a tremendous job working over the last 6 months in developing me a strong medical team, in tandem with his work. Dr. Tritel has a light hearted and caring approach. His response time is quick and he is quite literally a life saver. I can rest easy knowing that Dr. Tritel is available to help me with anything medically at any time. My family and I have referred other friends and family to him, who are just as pleased and impressed. The services that he offers do not compare to anything else. I came from the Massachusetts, where they are considered to have the best doctors in the world- and I am choosing to come here because I am working with better doctors. Doctors that listen and look into the actual problems at hand. He has connected me with other specialists based on my preferences and needs (which is no easy task). Dr. Tritel's staff is equally as helpful and responsive. It is a great team of people and I feel so lucky to have been able to find him. I was reminded just how thankful I am after just a brief phone check in today (just to see how I am doing- bc that is the type of doctor he is). Now with COVID, I am even more appreciative knowing how he is caring for his patients with and without COVID. He is still working around the clock to make sure all of us are set during this really difficult time. I understand the financial piece can sometimes make people hesitant, but I would say every penny is worth it. I know others that use his practice that say the same. I hope you consider this as an option when you are looking into medical care.

We interviewed other concierge practices in the Lee/Collier vicinity and it was apparent in the 1st meeting that we were a perfect fit. We couldn't be more pleased with his exceptional, professional and thorough care. While we are very healthy 69 and 70 yr. olds, unexpected things occur. As exceedingly careful as we have been throughout this pandemic, we were exposed to and contracted Covid-19. When my condition deteriorated to a very concerning level, my husband called Dr. Tritel who immediately responded and intervened. He assessed the conditions my husband was explaining over the phone, and calmly and with absolute conviction advised my husband to call 9-1-1 to get me to the hospital immediately. I was admitted, diagnosed with double pneumonia and with Dr. Tritel's intervention and constant communication with the hospital and my husband, received the utmost care and the Remdesivir treatment and Convalescent Plasma through the clinical trial in place between the hospital and the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Tritel was pro-active in seeking these treatments on my behalf. We are 100 percent convinced this would not have occurred without Dr. Tritel. While he will not take credit for saving my life, I am stating for you in this review that is very much the case. We were beyond pleased with our relationship with Dr. Tritel prior to this life changing experience; we are now beyond grateful to Him for his dedication to his patients and our care. We trusted that Dr. Tritel would always make the best decisions as it relates to our healthcare and that he would "be there" for us when we needed him. He clearly did not fall short of our expectations in this case and we are exceedingly confident in placing our care in his very capable hands going forward. Thank you, Dr. Paul Tritel. Your dedication to your profession and patients is indeed remarkable.
