My mother is no longer capable of making medical decisions on her own, so I handle everything. I am usually in the treatment room with her. I know these fine folks very well. Front-of-the house- Appointments are easy and they always do a reminder call. Making changes is also simple. The waiting room is super clean and comfortable. AC is more than adequate which is critical in sunny Florida. He is usually on time with only occasional significant wait times. The employees are friendly and efficient. Treatments- Dr. Ebanks is both a doctor and a surgeon so he knows his feet! I really appreciate his bedside manner and he's excellent in dealing with elderly folks like my mother. When we leave here, she always has a smile on her face! It's worth noting that they also take walk-ins especially if it's an emergency. This is a solid Highlands County choice!

I was called as soon as I sat down. Dr. Alvarez was friendly and knowledgeable and advised me tgat while on kidney dialysis & chemo I take a risk of getting an infection & if that happened he would have to do the surgery all over again. So for now I need to cross my fingers that I can soon be done with the dialysis.

She informed me I was in luck. He was available next day. I arrived at a very commercial looking Joint & Spine center, they did scan of my KNEES! Girl who did it was Compassionless & cold. Dr Alvarez then informed me he ONLY does KNEES. SO I was manipulated into an appointment with WRONG DR. on purpose. HE got his FEES, my co-pay, informed me of arthritis I already knew I had and referred me to appropriate Dr. while laughing at the mistake that cost me $45 & insurance. NEVER again!

Then you sit and wait for a doctor to enter at his convenience. When you say something to the office staff, they make it real clear that they could care less. I have had an experience with two of the doctors, Matthew and Edward - both are the same. Guess they still think they can walk on water!
