Even though they could not provide the services I required, they did look up someone who could. Then the receptionist I spoke with happily provided me with all the pertinent information. Jennifer already knew my name and had paperwork in hand, and with that, she showed me my next stop with Dana who knew exactly why I was there and told me that the wait wouldn't be long, and she was right. No sooner did she say that than Rod, the person who was doing the ultrasounds that day, was introducing himself and telling me how easy the procedure would be. He made it so :) The hospital is immaculate, the staff are the BEST EVER, and I am so grateful to have access to such a wonderful hospital!
