As a result, I am a Dermatologist's dream! I'm the guy that pays for their vacations! I've been going every six months for many years, so I feel totally qualified to comment on their performance. Front of the House- They have clearly put much thought into the process, and they have it down to a science. I rarely wait for more that a few minutes after the appointed time. Their computer system is top notch, so the paperwork is kept to a minimum. Exam Room- A young lady follows me in with a laptop and completes the intake process. They are unfailingly pleasant and efficient. They stick around during your exam and handle the computer stuff. The Exam- My needs are usually routine, so I normally see a PA and her name is Julie. She is a bundle if highly efficient energy and I love her to death! I love that their process ensures that you see the same PA every time, so you build a relationship. Check out and Billing- In a word, seamless! I've never had a problem. Most folks walking into a Dermatologist in Florida are worried about skin cancer, and that's me. I know it sounds crazy, but I walk into this place with a smile on my face because I know I'm about to be treated by top-notch, efficient, professionals!

I was sent home with no written information on how to care for the wound although they did inform me verbally. I've been to three other dermatologists in Florida and Michigan and they always send home detailed follow up care info. I can only hope the scaring is minimal.

Did not even use magnifier to look at m face and was annoyed when I tried to sit up. Every question was respond with a negative such as: "you'll get a scar, it will come back anyway, who else would see that..." I got the vibe and could not wait to get out of there. As a recent transplant to Sebring I was disappointed with the experience. Her vocabulary and tone left a lot to be desired as well. We never got to discuss the growing mole on my leg. Entire appointment was maybe 5 minutes.

The doctor entered a few minutes later, took a biopsy of the bump (large pimple like thing), then excised the entire thing and cartelised the area. Told us what she was doing the entire time. I submitted the change request to yelp so hopefully it will be updated soon... However, I thought it may be worth noting... Even though they could not provide the services I required, they did look up someone who could. Then the receptionist I spoke with happily provided me with all the pertinent information. I didn't even have to request her help. It was offered freely. In today's world that speaks volumes to me! I can't say anything about the doctor, but from my phone conversation, I feel fully confident saying that at least your dealings w/their front office will be pleasurable.
