My shaved ice with a combination of ice cream

Huge variety ! From sweet to savory, icy or creamy. I loved my ice cream, kindest employees. Very clean! I came from Riverside just to try it out. It also seemed to be a family which I can always appreciate in a business!

We had the best experience ever with these guys! Luis and Nery were professional, courteous and friendly. We were celebrating a birthday with about 50 people, including many children, and there was never a line. They had so many flavor options and everyone remarked at how much they loved it. Would definitely recommend! They provided the perfect addition to our party! 10/10!!

My partner and I were really craving some shaved ice so we of course used yelp and this place came up first or second closest to us. We walked in to see there are very clear menus set up all over. They have milkshakes, mangonada, and milkshakes. You can order from their menu or create your own! He ordered a Chocolate Crunch Malt with a sizzle of chocolate syrup. She ordered a shaved ice with Blue Raspberry, Pjna Colada, Cherry, and condensed milk with pineapple coconut ice cream. Both were seriously delicious! They use thrifty's ice cream so you know the ice cream will be that same great flavor. Above all the staff was amazing. We instantly felt welcomed in a home environment. The woman serving us was so nice. She seemed like the owner. Definitely come check this gem out

This place is really good and it is an awesome experience. Shaved ice and ice cream combo with some toppings, nothing compares. Staff is friendly and the taste of this cold treat is great.

I love this place! This is one of my favorite sweet spots in the area. Each time my family comes to visit me from San Diego, they stop here before my house. Maybe business is slow or maybe the hours are wrong on this listing BUT when you're taking kids for a Friday treat and think you're gonna get there 15-20 mins before they close to only see that they are closed.... I ordered the cookie sandwich not knowing it comes with 2 hot cookies and the ice cream completely melts as soon as they serve it to you it's disgusting. I don't know if this is how they always sell it or the 2 little girls working the counter just don't know what they're doing and have no common sense when it comes to putting a cookie that's out of the oven and ice cold ice cream together. read more

I am a self proclaimed shaved ice snob and this place almost meets all of my standards. Texture, consistency, and flavor. The chamango with mango sorbet is a game changer! Presentation and cleanliness are everything! The interior can use some revamping, maybe even a cute theme. The restroom was pretty nasty as well. This shop has the best shaved ice! I love the fact that they have sugar free options as well. So many different combinations. The thrifty ice cream adds great flavor to the shaved ice. Wish they had indoor seating. Other than that a very yummy place for a sweet treat. read more

Sign says open at 12. Went there with my son as a reward for having a good week at school. It was close to 12:30 and the store was all locked up. We waited a couple min thinking maybe they were seeing up inside or something but we saw no one thru the windows so we left. As we were pulling out of the parking lot we saw 2 employees walking up to the store. Not sure if they saw us waiting there or not but their car was parked right behind ours so it seems a little sus. We turned around to go back. Upon entering the 2 employees immediately looked annoyed, no greeting, no interaction of any sorts. Super unprofessional read more

3.5 stars Doesn't compare to GetShaved but its does the job of satisfying your tummy. At around 4:00pm on a Sunday, the place was pretty empty. Throughout our 20 minutes sitting and enjoying our ice, we saw a few customers come and go with take out orders. I guess no one likes to eat in here?! Large Strawberry Banana Shortcake ($4.25): Whoever thought of mixing shaved ice and ice cream is a complete genius. We placed our order and I heard the worker ask what goes in it.. hmm. The list mentioned strawberry, banana and cake batter syrup with vanilla ice cream. We had the strawberry and banana but i'm not sure if the cake batter was missed or not. My boyfriend was wondering how the "shortcake" came into play - although it was still enjoyable, the name was misleading. Plenty of parking spaces in a shared lot. After being here so many times I finally had to leave a review. This place is a family favorite. You can't go wrong with a rainbow ice for the kids and they have a ton of flavors AND thriftys ice cream, they do churros and even cookie ice cream sandwiches. There's a ton to choose from but it's not overwhelming. The prices for the shaved ice might look like a little much but if you watch them being made you know you're getting what you pay for. They're following covid restrictions very closely. You can smell that it's clean when you walk in, they enforce wearing masks and all employees were wearing gloves. There are no tables inside or outside in the shopping center, so be ready to eat in your car. read more

My daughter pointed that place out while we were driving home. I appreciate their COVID precautions and the stamp card offered. Unlike most shaved ice places, this places drowns the shaved ice in syrup. So much so, that I actually had to purchase a large cup of plain shaved ice just to make the diabetes laden delight palatable for my daughter and myself. They gave a huge menu and a large variety of options. Lines were very long and no outdoor seating though. read more

GROSS & EXPENSIVE. The water they use for the ice taste like the dirtiest tap water I have ever had. It over powers any flavoring added. It was so gross I took 3 bites and threw the rest away. The staff looks miserable and no one says a word to you other than asks how you'll be paying. The prices for dirty water are extremely high. read more

Perfect spot for all things frosty! First of all, they serve Thrifty's Ice Cream, with all of your favorite classic flavors. So if that's all you want, you can get a scoop in a cup or a cone. They also have shaved ice with many flavors and toppings in three sizes. Their specialty, however, is a combo of the two. My husband had the "Big Stick" flavor that called to mind orange creamsicles of the past. It was really good. I went with my go-to shaved ice flavor, cherry and pineapple with a condensed milk topping. The consistency of the shaved ice is just how I like it, with the ice ground very fine but still a little rough. Syrup was applied evenly and just right, with the topping of condensed milk thick enough to seep through several layers. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband had a punch card from our first visit so we added some more to that. Not sure what happens when it fills up, haha. This is located in a small strip mall, and so you really are only coming here for shaved ice. No walking and browsing before or after. Totally worth it, though. read more

This is my favorite place! I don't know why it's taken me this long to review it. I come here every time I'm in the area (and sometimes when I'm not) with family and friends when we're missing Hawaii and are craving shaved ice! A small cup is the perfect size for me, honestly. I love the way it's served; perfect for eating on the go and you get a good ratio of ice to ice cream in each bite. I usually order off of their combo menu, but my family has made their own combinations in the past. They're ALL good. Plus, they also have a few sugar free options if you need them. They offer punch cards as well to earn a free small cup of shaved ice. I have 2 because I always forget mine . You get double punches on Tuesday's and Thursday's! Love it!! I got cake batter, vanilla, and Dole pineapple with almonds and strawberries, and it was really good and refreshing. My friend got the coffee, peanut butter and another flavor (I forgot the name), but she said hers was really good too. The only thing is it can get a little pricey depending on how much you put in your cup, but overall I still enjoyed it. It was the perfect after-dinner dessert and I'd definitely go back.

Best churro I've ever had! EVER…read more We got the churro funnel cake which came with ice cream and caramel sauce, and an extra churro. Perfect balance between all the elements, and perfect size to share as a sweet treat. Very tiny inside, but clean and well kept. We took ours to go and ended up pulling over in another parking lot to eat the funnel cake after we tried the churro while driving. Large menu, and quick service made to order. They put 2 different types of boba balls, one which popped in your mouth. So delicious. Their menu had a lot of options of teas, smoothis, and bites. Staff was friendly and helpful when I placed my order. Will have to return next time i'm in the area and try their organic acai bowl. Some seating inside. Parking was easy. Cute little wall art. ahhh this place hit the spot after my boyfriend and I had dinner in VG. Their shaved ice is to die for! We walk in and we get greeted by I'm not sure which worker, but hey at least we were acknowledged :) Their prices are very reasonable, and their shaved ice is just exactly what you think of when you think of "shaved ice". The shaved ice was finely shaved and the syrup was a good amount. Not much difference from any other shaved ice for just regular shaved ice. They have churro though and other toppings that may be good to try. They also have rite aid ice cream, but missing the coconut pineapple? Seems a little cramped inside and service is a little slow, but good enough shaved ice to just stop on by any day. 3.5/5 read more

Best shave ice outside of Hawaii! Love this place! Whenever we have a craving for Hawaiian Shave Ice this is where we go. Love it! So good! Also, the owners are so sweet and have great customer service. read more
