I want to share my experience because I believe people should understand the membership and AutoPay…read morepolicies before committing to a treatment plan. I initially went to this chiropractic office for a preventive evaluation. I work out regularly and wanted to make sure my back was in good condition so I could continue training safely. After taking X-rays, the chiropractor told me that there was nothing serious and that I could continue working out as I had been. He did mention some straightening in my neck and back where there should normally be more of a curve, but he explained that it was not a serious problem. I was then presented with a one-year treatment plan that required three visits per week. Since I was not comfortable committing to a full year without knowing whether the treatment would be worth the investment, I chose to try the monthly plan for $295 first, with the intention of evaluating the service and potentially continuing month by month. After starting the treatment, I personally did not feel that three visits per week were justified for what was actually being done during the appointments. The sessions were very short and consisted of only a few adjustments/movements. There were also occasions when my appointment was scheduled for 10:15 AM but I was not seen until around 10:45 AM. Based on my personal experience, I did not feel that the frequency or the service provided justified continuing three times a week. I was not planning to permanently stop chiropractic care. My intention was actually to finish the month, go on my vacation, and potentially resume treatment on a monthly basis when I returned. However, on August 3, I informed the receptionist that I wanted to stop the AutoPay because I would not be continuing into the following month. I was then told that I had to pay an additional $133 in order to cancel the membership/AutoPay. I had started the plan on July 20, meaning that I had only been receiving treatment for a couple of weeks and had already paid the full $295 monthly fee. I even contacted my bank, not to dispute any of the payments I had already made, but simply to prevent any future automatic charges from being processed. I wanted to make sure I would not be charged for a future month in which I would not be receiving any treatment. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way the receptionist handled the conversation. I repeatedly asked why I was being charged an additional $133 when I had already paid for the month and was simply notifying them that I did not want another payment to be automatically charged. Instead of clearly explaining the policy or trying to understand my concern, I was repeatedly told, essentially, "those are our policies." I found the interaction dismissive and unnecessarily unpleasant. I understand that businesses have policies, but I also believe customers deserve to have those policies clearly explained before enrolling, especially when AutoPay and cancellation fees are involved. My recommendation is to be very careful before signing up for the AutoPay membership. Make sure you ask specifically about the cancellation requirements, notice period, and any additional fees you may be charged if you decide not to continue. This review is based entirely on my personal experience and opinion. I simply want other people to have this information before making the same decision I did.

With any movement I was in excruciating pain. It was the type of pain you just want to scream and are so helpless. I was so lucky to be squeezed in today (on New Years Eve) by Dr. Su. My experienced with Dr. Su was like no other chiropractic experience I've had before. He intertwines his extensive education with Chinese medicine. I was able to actually move my neck when he was done with me. I trusted him and his techniques involving scraping, needling and cupping. I literally thought I was going to walk in and get the basic adjustment, but he really took it to the next level with his techniques and knowledge on pain. To top it all off, he was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. It's so hard to find any Dr. like Him. He educated me on ways to strengthen my back and posture in kind and informative ways. He didn't just say "go work out". It's been almost 10 hours since my visit and I am already able to move without sharp pains, and feel 10 times better than when I walked in. He's magic! I've since moved further away from Sterling and the drive is now 45-minutes each way, so I had to find a new chiropractor nearby.
