To incentivize their patience, they would have them participate in events such as a competition to who had the most activity during a month or take a photo of yourself with a partner participating in your exercise program. And as we got near Halloween, they had us send in pictures of ourselves in costume, performing stretching and strengthening exercises. I've been doing the shockwave therapy for a few months now and I would rate the experience 10/10. Everyone in the office is so friendly and experienced. I start with physical therapy for my feet/legs and then do my shockwave therapy. When I first started I had immense pain in my feet and they were extremely swollen. After just one session I immediately felt relief like I hadn't felt in years. Walking has become more enjoyable and much less painful. Wow. What an unethical place. I called for an appointment, I needed an adjustment, and one of the doctors said I was a perfect candidate for their 24-session plan. He never saw me, let alone examined me. Plus he said they automatically X-ray the first visit. I highly recommend Dr. Keith. I saw him 2 times last week and his help was essential. My lower back went out to the point where I struggled to get out of bed and could barley stand or walk. I went to Dr. Keith and he diagnosed what I suspected which was re-injury to my L5/S1 disc which was hitting a nerve and causing my back muscles around it to fire. The treatment he did (traction, electro-stim, Thera-gun, dry needling, and some gentle adjustments) made a significant difference. I could feel his genuine care and concern for me. He was knowledgable, very sensitive and gentle with me, and took the time needed in my appointments. I've been waiting a bit to write this review so that I could see what other magic Dr. Keith and his team pulled off after more visits but honestly I could have written the same raving review after just my first appointment with Dr. Keith and his team because they changed my life. I set up an appointment at Integrative Chiropractic and Wellness after years of hip pain, months of neck and jaw pain, and weeks of lower back pain (the lower back was the last straw for me I guess). At the first appointment, Dr. Keith was incredibly thorough. I went in to focus on my hips and lower back and he also checked over my neck to get a good baseline. During the intro visit, he did several tests to check my spine and also did x-rays to see what was really going on. Based on all of this he did his adjustments and when I tell you that he changed my life I mean that I came in on my first day with TMJ symptoms and not being able to open my jaw smoothly. After this first visit when he adjusted my neck, I walked out of the office being able to smoothly and painlessly open my jaw. It was amazing. Over the last few weeks since then, Dr. Keith has focused both adjusting my spine and also loosening up the muscles around the spinal joints to help fix the problem more long term rather than giving a quick relief like most chiropractic adjustments at other practices. Along with the adjustments and muscle work, Corey has been helping me focus on strengthening the muscles around my problem areas so that I won't just go back to the same problem once I'm done with my Care Plan at Integrative Chiropractic and Wellness. TLDR: I honestly could not say enough great things about this place. All of the staff is friendly and personable and it's an open and relaxed environment that encourages overall wellness and not just a quick fix to get you out the door.
