Booked Slow Flow through classpass ($40 off your first month: class.ps/m-mnE). Classpass is wonderful because it allows a member to try a variety of fitness activities at different studios. Located on the 3rd floor, Flow Yoga is a small intimate yoga studio. Walk up an additional set of stairs to the lobby (check-in, apparel, yoga mats available for purchase, shoe cubby bench to store belongings). The main room has exposed beams with ceiling sunlight windows (natural light was fantastic). Loved Slow Flow with April. April has such a soothing voice! 12 students. Left class feeling relaxed. read more

Good facilities. Generally good teachers. Oriented to serious students. Not a welcoming place for those over 50.

Btw... Flow also has lot of really cute yoga clothes and tons of great accessories like mats, towels, and much more. There are so many class options now between the Leesburg Studio and the Ashburn Studio. read more

This class is amazing. I've been going almost weekly for a few months. I go right after work and it truly has made wonderful changes in my well being. I highly recommend it. read more

A fantastic yoga studio! The teachers are wonderful, the studio is beautiful! The variety of classes is good. Classes are adaptable for beginner and advanced yogis. It's moderately hot, but not too hot. It has a fantastic yoga vibe. I highly recommend it! read more

Easy Day Yoga studio in Leesburg VA is a wonderful space along with caring instructors who provide all levels of instruction. Having practiced here for 10 years would highly recommend. Check out www.easydayyoga.com for easy on line booking and schedule access. Namaste! read more

Flow Yoga in Leesburg has a beautiful sunlit space and friendly staff. I've only tried Chris R.'s classes so far and they have been my oasis. Challenging while relaxing and welcoming. Definitely plan to return. read more

I've only done two classes, but so far I'm very happy. Class sizes are small, people are very friendly, nice location, instructors give good pointers, etc. I started with the intro 30 days unlimited, but I'll probably keep going with one of the additional packages. read more

Not sure how to delete this but it belongs on the Ashburn location. One of my favorite things to do when traveling is check out a new yoga studio. I'd pinpointed a different place in Sterling with rave reviews but couldn't tell if a reservation was needed so I decided to give Flow Yoga a try instead. They have online reservations, a class schedule that covers most hours of the day and best of all, where hot yoga is concerned, the place is very clean with no stinky odor. They also have showers and sell nice brands of yoga wear. I'm not an expert on yoga but I can compare this to experiences in San Diego, Chicago, Boca Raton, Cincinnati and Boston where I've dropped in for classes. The instruction was on par with other well-reviewed places I've visited, probably close to the top of the list. I'm headed back tomorrow because they gave me the first week free as a visitor trial. Thank you, Flow Yoga! I do visit this area regularly and would certainly buy the punch card next time but appreciate the trial. I'm sure I will make it up in merchandise purchases because I'm generally powerless over yoga goodies. read more

This is my most favorite studio in the whole wide world! The space is gorgeous! The teachers are so helpful with amazing adjustments and enhancements. Each teacher has their own unique style and offers lessons and stories that make the classes very enriching and interesting. You will not be disappointed! Namaste! read more

Yelp needs to unfilter all these reviews...they really are that good. I've been to lots of different yoga studios (which makes me sound like I'm some yogi but I've quit after a few classes every single time). This place is transcendent. Since I'm merely familiar with yoga and not in any great shape, I took Flow 1. It was perfect. It flowed so beautifully and each pose felt purposeful and natural. I was shaking and tired after, but accomplished and perfectly sore. The instructor, Marcia, was incredible. The best class I have ever taken. They have a wonderful $40 for unlimited classes (for a month) if you are new. I could not recommend this place more. Truly. I went to yoga yesterday (my goal is to go 3 days a week, and was planning on going tomorrow) but my body was craving it as soon as I woke up so I went. I can see myself going everyday. Do yourself a favor and GO. read more

I've been going to Flow for 2 years now and am addicted. The space is beautiful, calming, and so intimate. My favorite thing about Flow is the sense of community. The teachers and front staff are very welcoming. Every teacher is different, and I have learned so much from all of them. When I first started, yoga was a struggle, and after consistent practice with great teachers who get to know and understand their students capabilities, I have noticed an incredible change in my range of motion and general well being. I also love the range of classes for when I want something more calm and relaxing or something challenging. All of the teachers are very good at teaching modifications and progressions of the asanas, so regardless of your experience base, you can practice and not feel intimidated. I go out of my way to practice here regularly, and it is worth it. I can't wait until the new studio in Ashburn opens up so there are more opportunities to come to Flow! read more

Such a beautiful and welcoming studio. Whenever I'm back in Northern Virginia and practicing at Flow, I usually go to the Ashburn studio, but whenever I go to the Leesburg location I am always SO happy to be there. The studio is massive and beautifully designed, and the classes are always a decent size but not too insanely crowded. All of Flow's instructors are absolutely amazing ... AWESOME studio! read more

Awesome instructors and a great facility. I highly recommend it for beginners as well as those who are more experienced with their yoga practice. read more

I delayed going to Flow Yoga because I was worried that it wouldn't be a "welcoming" yoga studio. Boy was I wrong! Lovely people who are very helpful. I am a beginner and the gentle instructions for adjustments and enhancements to my practice are always supportive and encouraging. It's a great place. It's nice that they have two locations! read more

Love this place! I can't believe that it took me 2 years of living in Leesburg to try them out. But now that I did, there is no going back! Thanks yoga flow for being awesome! read more

As a beginner to yoga my favorite part of my experience at Flow Yoga was how welcoming everyone was. While there were certainly people there who knew a lot more than I did, I did not feel intimated. The studio was very clean, did not smell (which was a hot yoga concern) and they were willing to work with me when I pre-registered online for drop in at full price but actually wanted the student rate (half the price). I will definitely be going back! read more

This is the best studio I've ever been too. Newer student to this studio but after taking my first class last week I immediately bought the class pass and have been going every day since. Needing to lose weight and I hate exercising. The classes are challenging yet relaxing and every instructor I've had has been amazing!! I am so excited to become apart of this yoga family.. And get back into shape because of these classes! I actually had a class this am.. And when I got home I looked at the schedule to see if there were any evening classes- to go TWICE in one day. That's how good I feel. I am so excited to have found this place. Will never go anywhere else. I used to go to yoga 1-2x a week and then stopped for a few years. I'm def not in shape, and I can still go through the entire class. It's challenging in the best best way. read more

Flow is a place you want to be-- calming, inspirational, and serious about yoga without being too stuffy or unapproachable. Flow is a fantastic yoga studio that caters to all who want to be there-- from beginners just wanting to move more or learn to experienced yogis who have a dedicated practice or years of experience. I credit Flow Yoga with helping me to become more active in late 2013, and I have kept that up for over a year-- something I have not been able to consistently do for myself in the past. Flow's wonderful team of instructors focus on the experience, the workout, and the meditations to empower students and leave them with a sense of well-being. There is a class type and time for everyone in either the Leesburg or Ashburn studio. Managers frequently collect formal feedback and continuously adjust classes and schedules based on demand and student comments/interest. The special events at Flow are well intentioned and thought out, and are always an amazing experience. All types of people and bodies are welcomed and loved here. The teachers are very knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology equally as well as the study and practice of their yoga art. Instructors are often seen sharing a practice with you in another class, showing that they are equally passionate about being yoga students as they are instructors. read more

While traveling to Northern Virginia a friend recommended this studio and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The teacher, Marcia, was outstanding and her instruction was exactly what I needed after a very stressful day chasing twin granddaughters around my son's house. It's very clean and friendly, and it was inspiring to practice at such a fun space that was so incredibly welcoming. I would highly recommend it to any yogi's looking for a challenging yet blissful experience on the mat. read more

Can't say enough good things about flow yoga. They have a beautiful studio filled with amazing teachers. They make you feel so welcomed and I always leave flow smiling from ear to ear read more

I moved down to Virginia last year from New York and was looking for a place to take yoga classes. I stumbled upon Flow Yoga in Leesburg on Yelp last September. It has been love ever since! The FlowYoga staff and community was welcoming, warm, supportive, highly educated in teaching yoga to a diverse clientele with a range of abilities. When I started with Flow Yoga back in October 2012 I was overcoming a shoulder injury. The Flow Yoga staff instructed and guided me through my yoga classes to work with my injury... offering modifications and allowing me to listen to my body and go with the flow. Flow Yoga also offers specialty workshops and teacher training that I have truly enjoyed! I recently completed the Flow Yoga teacher training program and loved it! I live in Leesburg, but, work in Ashburn and was so pleased when Flow Yoga opened up it's second location in Ashburn. It is equally as beautiful, clean and welcoming! Having the choice to go to either studio is a huge plus for me! I would highly recommend Flow Yoga.... it is my sanctuary. read more
