I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nicole Watson. I've been going for about 4 months now - within a months time, I was able to nearly completely relieve lower back and sacrum area pain that I've been dealing with for YEARS. She truly is a holistic doctor - specifically for me, we've been doing adjustments but she has also found additional exercises, stretching, and rolling that can be used to maintain good posture and a pain free life. Initially, I went on a weekly basis and now I'm going much less frequently. I used to have occasional low back related injuries at the gym that would force me to stop/alter my workouts for a week or 2 at time. Amazingly, I've seen no injuries since seeing her and I can feel myself more in tune with my body and core to prevent those injuries - and for me, I'm now lifting stronger and better because of it. Dr. Daly has helped my migraine headaches as well as neck/back pain tremendously, in just a few short months. I've tried other chiropractors over the years and nothing has really helped. He seriously works wonders. He does some energy work with his adjustments and the adjustments for me are done on a drop table, so less hard on the body. I've had chiropractic care for most of my adult life. After a devastating car accident about 20 years ago, therapy and adjustments saved me. I first came to visit Dr. Watson 4 months ago. I felt some weakness in my lower back and figured a chiropractor was the way to go. When I arrived I was given an orientation on what chiro was all about. It was very enlightening. Dr. Watson asked me several questions to understand what is going on with me (beyond just my back) and off we went. 4 months later I'm no longer feeling any back strain. Never really went Chiro before because I assumed I would only need to go if I had an accident or my back was really messed up. Have had TMJ (clicking of the jaw) for years from when my dentist used my face as leverage to get my wisdom teeth out. Had it for a while and thought I'd never rid myself of it. Anyway a friend suggested I visit Chiro to get my TMJ fixed. Dr Nicole was a referral and I assumed I'd go get checks, get my stuff done and go like a normal doctors office but this was not the case. So for the longest time I didn't believe in chiropractic care, and dismissed them as "knuckle crackers". Then my wife convinced me to go and give it a try, after I was experiencing pain. I knew I needed to get to a chiropractor, I had not had much luck finding one that would take my insurance and take good care of me. I am disabled and really need this kind of care on a regular basis. I think I had waited almost two years then the pain was so severe I had to do something. Honestly, during meditation one morning I got that I was to look in the new provider directory for 2013 I had just received that week. I tagged along as my friend was getting an adjustment from Dr. Nicole Watson. This friend has been trying to get me to make an appointment with her Chiropractic Dr for a while now...and getting squeezed in after our lunch date worked perfectly for her to lure me in. LOL Needless to say, I was first a skeptic when I accompanied her. I thought I knew the drill and all my past appts elsewhere has always been in and out...literally done in minutes. So when my friend and I arrived, she was greeted warmly by Christina and Dr. Watson and directed to a back room where she loosened up on a rolling machine. A good 15 min passed and Dr. Watson came to get her and the adjustment began. They chatted and it was so nice to actually hear that Dr. Watson knew so much about my friend and that it wasn't just a Dr/Patient appt. In addition, Dr. Watson was so in-tune with my friend's aliments and current condition that she just knew where she had to focus on and it wasn't just a routine adjustment. Definitely not a "Wham Bam Thank ya ma'am" kind of deal. Ask yourself, if you've been seeing a chiropractic dr, are the adjustments the same every time you go? Like lie here, look this way, raise you arm, etc. It was def different here, I was so impressed after her appt that I went home and discussed with my hubby about making an appt. Prior to seeing Dr. Nicole, I'm sure I had migraines at least on a weekly basis. A little over a year later, the occurrences have significantly decreased. Dr. Daly is an amazing chiropractor. I am a Registered Nurse and I injured my lower back. I was out of work for months under the care of a doctor. I went to physical therapy for several months and had 3 epidural injections. None of that worked to improve my back to a point where I could return to lifting, bending, etc. at work. My doctor referred me to a spinal surgeon, which is when I really started worry that I may not be able to return to work. About 10 years ago, I had previously seen another chiropractor for many months for a back injury and unfortunately it did not help. So, I was hesitant to go to another chiropractor, but I am so glad I went to Dr. Daly. He is extremely knowledgable and along with adjustments, he also did muscle work, and his techniques progressively improved my functioning and decreased my pain. I recently moved to the area and started seeing Dr. Nicole because she is one of the few doctors in the area who uses the Activator technique and does the full protocol. I love the Activator because it's a gentle tool and the protocol means consistency between doctors - it was an easy transition from my old doctor to Dr. Nicole, because they do almost exactly the same thing every time. I'm not a chiropractor person. I have had bad experiences with people who liked to crack and pop and say they could fix things they probably shouldn't have been touching. That being said, when my sacrum went out in a massage-gone-wrong incident, after about 1 month of not being able to sit, I sought one out. I used Yelp, and I found Dr. Nicole. And even though I was in LOTS of discomfort, she IMPRESSIVELY did not adjust me for 2 sessions! She wanted to make ABSOLUTELY sure she knew what was going on with me before even touching me...and that is why when she decides to work on ANY part of my body now, I am completely fine with it. No willy-nilly cracky-poppy happening here. PLUS, I must add that before she started working on my jaw (I know...nowhere NEAR my sacrum, right?!?) I couldn't open it more than an inch. I have been going to B.A.C. since I was in a rear end car accident in 2007. This was before Dr. Nicole took over the business and I could not be happier. Dr. Nicole is an amazing Chiropractor and person. She is always full of energy and light, even if she is under the weather. Dr. Nicole is super accommodating when it comes to scheduling, she has even stayed later than posted hours in order to readjust me due to my messed up schedule. I injured my back as a teenager and had a poor experience with a chiropractor,making me leery of chiropractors. Over the years, my lower back would act up every 3-5 years, and usually heal on its own after a few weeks, enduring intense pain along the way. She has been excellent in diagnosing and explaining the issues with my lower back, as well as getting my back into alignment and eliminating the pain. Best of all, she told me what I can do to keep my back healthy. She insisted that I get into a regular routine of long walks (2-5 miles) to keep my back in alignment and minimize my need for appointments. This has been crucial in eliminating my lower back pain.
