Horizon Auto Sales has clean good cars, Antonio the detail guy does a great job! Ehab is very patient and respectful of your needs and answers every single question or concern, and we had a lot of questions. We were in a difficult situation where we needed a car but had to wait on a few things to process before we could get one so Ehab did his best with pulling strings and working out a deal. Anywhere else would have flat out said no but he is clearly passionate about what he does and truly cares his costumers get nice cars they are happy with. He allowed us to look in and test drive over 7 to 8 cars and showed us basically every single one he had on the lot with no rushing, judgment, or those annoying sales tactics other places use. When we didn't like any of them he went out his way to make sure he found something we liked and needed. Overall it was the best experience we could possibly have at an auto sales place and we will be back for future cars. I can't thank you enough Ehab and Antonio too! :)

I was specifically told that my car would be fully detailed before being handed over to me. Instead, I received a filthy car covered in water spots, with candy and lettuce left in the cup holders. I had test-driven the car just an hour before purchasing it, and that trash was not there. It was unacceptable to be given a vehicle in that condition after being explicitly promised it would be detailed. The dealership also advertises a 30-day warranty covering issues that need to be fixed at no cost. However, dealing with their service department has been an absolute nightmare. Communication is inconsistent, I'm given different information depending on who I speak with, and getting someone on the phone often means being left on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. Their limited weekday business hours also make the process incredibly inconvenient for anyone who works a regular schedule. I brought my car in on Monday to have scratches repainted and was initially told it would be ready Thursday. Then it was pushed to Friday, followed by another delay because they supposedly weren't satisfied with the bumper paint and needed an additional day to redo it. I was then assured the car would be ready Saturday after 4 p.m. I live TWO HOURS away and need a vehicle for work, so these repeated delays have forced me to pay for a rental car out of pocket. Since I was assured my car would be ready Saturday, I returned my rental and called at 1 p.m. to confirm. I was then told, "Who told you that? The service team isn't here today." After explaining the situation, I was reassured that the car would be ready after 4 p.m. I drove all the way there, arrived at 4:15 p.m., and was told a manager needed to provide an update. The manager then informed me that my car wasn't ready and that they hadn't even started working on it. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and consideration for my time and money is unacceptable. What makes this especially frustrating is that I was repeatedly given specific completion dates and made decisions based on those promises, only to be let down every time. Now, after all these delays, I am left questioning whether the work is being rushed simply because I am understandably upset. Tomas deserves credit for making the initial sale a positive experience, but the dealership's service department has completely overshadowed that. A good deal means very little when the after-sales service is this poor. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a car here to think carefully about what happens AFTER the sale. The way a dealership handles its customers when something goes wrong says a lot about its professionalism, and unfortunately, this experience has been unacceptable.

Called again to let me know part wouldn't be in until the next morning so I would get it back Saturday. I asked if it would be ready by 11:00 because I had to be somewhere at 1:00, If not I would pick it up by closing. He said he'd try his best to get it done by 11:00. Flawless interior and just a few minor flaws outside. Literally looks like a new car and drives like one. At a time when the used car market is way over price this was like a new car for $8,900. He did exactly what you hope for from a salesperson, and I appreciated his professionalism. He even checked in with me after the purchase to make sure everything was going well, which was a thoughtful touch and speaks to the level of service he provides. The only reason this isn't a five-star experience was the finance process. I was paying cash, had no trade-in, and had already agreed on the purchase price, so I expected a quick and straightforward transaction. Instead, I sat through multiple presentations for extended warranties, service contracts, glass coverage, LoJack, paint protection, and other add-ons. I understand these products are part of the dealership's business, and I don't mind being offered them once. However, after clearly declining several times, the continued sales pressure became frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged the process. The same approach continued in the finance office before I was finally able to complete the paperwork. Despite that, I left with the exact vehicle I wanted at the agreed-upon price, and Joseph made the experience as smooth as he could. If the dealership streamlined the finance process and respected a customer's decision after the initial offer, this would have been a five-star experience. 4 stars
