This is where the price gouge comes in-- everything on their website is at least $25 more because of the delivery fee they don't disclose until *after* you've made a reservation, which carries a $25 cancellation fee if you don't catch the sneaky price-doubling charge in time. Either way, they're gonna try to get that $25 out of you, even if you didn't want delivery and no services were rendered. I put in the notes of my reservation that I wanted to pick up my rental from the 65-1000 Kawaihae Rd address listed on the google page and instead of proactively emailing me to say that this wasn't possible, they just made the reservation anyway with the attempted delivery charge. I only found out that pickup was impossible by contacting them to make the correction about the charge. What terrible business practices. I gave them one extra star because they weren't jerks about canceling.

I found All About Babies on the Internet and called them. I was lucky enough to connect with Chelsea, who is a god send! She was so kind and sweet and accommodating. She was also very responsive, and reliable. The equipment itself was obviously not new, but it was all very clean. The crib had a clean mattress, mattress protector, sheet, and even a quilt! Chelsea dropped off the equipment to our condo and came to pick it up after we left. She also made sure we were able to get the baby back to the airport with the rented car seat. Situated in Hilo town, you can find this mall just about a 3.7 miles away from the Hilo International Airport. I haven't been to Prince Kuhio Plaza in ages, as I had stopped commuting to the Big Island on a regular basis, but when I did finally come to this complex for work recently, I noticed a few changes in the vendors at this shopping complex, for instance Sears is no longer here, and a TJ Maxx took over a very large portion of the shopping complex.
