Before leaving the shop, we were told of how much we were to pay, including tax.... by the time we picked up the car, it was way different from what they told us. The secretary there was so rude to us as we were explaining the situation and storm at us. No respect at all. brought my 2007 Lexus GX470 for hood repair and repaint as there were lots of rock chips on the hood and my vehicle had the hood dented due to an accident. i sourced my the headlights and the grille myself. i have to say, i am quite satisfied with the paint job and the dent repair on my vehicle. granted, it's old but the paint job they did on it made it look like it was brand new except it's a 17 year old vehicle. now i am contemplating on having the whole vehicle repainted but due to budget constraints, i will have to reconsider. but yeah, highly recommend this place for all your automobile body work. the next time my vehicle needs work, i will surely bring it back here. do not hesitate to bring ur vehicle here for repair. read more

I was referred to Bellflower Auto Square Collision by both of my brother-in laws who were previous customers and had a great experience in getting their vehicles repaired. I also had other family members who were also customers here in the past and had a great experience with not only getting their vehicle fixed, but just the overall customer service they received. Best body shop and collision repair shop! I took my car recently to see if a section of my car could be fixed. There were scratches near my left rear side. Tito Carlo was so helpful and accommodating. The scratches were fixed and it looked like it didn't happen. The staff is always professional and very friendly. My car was done very quickly! If you are filipino thinking you will be provided with good service here look elsewhere. I had a damaged rear bumper due to an accident on the freeway so our insurance recommended this place because they were "filipino" So we went in left our car and they told us to get a rental car for the meantime while the car is in for repairs. It had been about 2 weeks and the rental car came out to about 550$. We called everyday to check if the repairs had been finished in which they initially said the entire repair will only take 3-4 days. I should have noticed this red flag and should haved dipped but thats my fault. Anyways after the repairs were complete we asked for the reimbursement of our rental car and it took us months to even get replies at this point. This is the sad part, the rental for the car cost more than the actuall repairs on the car, plus the finish on the repairs was sub par. They dodged our phone calls for several months and after almost a year they come to the conclusion that what they said about reimbursement was not on paper so therefore they will only reimburse us 100$ out of the 550$ that we should have recieved for the rental car. As much as I dont want to involve race in this review, dont come here thinking you'll get any better service than the other shops nearby. Actually scratch that the other shops will probably be a better bet. Me and my mother who have been trying to resolve this issue have been nothing but patient and kind. To see these people who were somewhat nice at first, turn this way is just sad. Dont make our mistake, save yourself the hassle, and go somewhere else. read more

I've been here before to get my car fixed and they did an awesome job! So I went in for a second time to get an estimate. I've had my lower front bumper damage for a while now because it's so low, which is given. But recently it was scratched/hit by a gate, damage is not severe it was more like a scratch. All the small damages added up so that's when I decided to get an estimate. Carlo,the estimator said, no need to fix it unless it's really damage or if it has a crack because I don't want you spending money and it will just get damage anyway because it's so low. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! If you're looking for a Mickey Mouse shop with poor customer service, then this is the shop for you. If you do take your car here, read through the quote carefully, look at all the ridiculous crap they charge, especially if it is for an insurance claim. $15 for gloves and masks?!?!? something that should already be in stock but they're charging because my insurance is paying. They also wanted me to pay a couple thousand more on top of my insurance allowance. THERE WAS NO WAY IN HELL I WAS GOING TO GIVE THEM A DIME OF MY MONEY. Ask for receipts for the "OEM" parts they use and they act like they don't know what you're talking about BECAUSE THEY USE AFTER MARKET PARTS. The part they installed looked too cheap to be a genuine Toyota part, so i asked for the receipt and they said they didn't have one. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! They literally used "Toyota didn't have that part in stock, that's why it took so long to fix your car" WTF?!? So you're saying the lead time on parts that was stated on my quote was a LIE?!?! I called 3 dealerships in the area and they all had the part I needed in stock. They left my interior FILTHY!!! It smelled like someone used my back seat to store their tools. They left dirt and oil all over my backseat (even though I left them my car with my seat covers on). They removed the seat cover and used it as a shop rag. We literally went around the shop looking for my seat cover and found it in a corner on the floor underneath some tools. In the process of "washing" my car he ruined a custom sticker that was on my back window thinking I wasn't going to notice. I made them wash my car a second time because they left it unacceptably dirty. Even their yard screams SHADY SHADY SHADY. The owner didn't want me back there watching them re-wash my car because he knew I would see all the shady things he was doing. The fact that they could not even wash my car properly the first time says a lot. He seriously had someone doing a paint job on a car OUTSIDE!!! NO COVER, NO NOTHING. Now I know why my paint job was sloppy and there was epoxy residue all over my car, because it wasn't done properly. Not only did it take them a long time to finish my "fixing" my car, they kept bullshitting which made me even more mad. At the end of this whole headache my car is not the same, when I asked them how we can remedy the situation, they said bring it back to them so they can "fix it". LMAO YEAH RIGHT!!! F THIS PLACE!!! We came and picked car after a week of repair. When expected all the mounting was not complete. We were then told to Come back next day. After doing so, we thought all was complete and looked complete. We then find out that the AC does not work. We take it to our mechanic to put freon and he tells us that the condenser was not mounted or secured to the car. And hence the Freon escaped or leaked out. I believe some sort of quality control needs to be done here prior to releasing the car. If it takes one week to fix the car it should be released properly and not ha omg the customer. Came back 2 times to get it repaired again. Very upset and disappointed since this place was recommended by a friend. read more
