Unfortunately, one experience with the front desk completely changed how I feel about this place. About two weeks ago, I had another doctor's appointment that unexpectedly ran much longer than I anticipated. Because of that, I was told I shouldn't lie flat on my back for a few hours afterward. I called about four hours before my appointment because all I was asking for was to move my appointment to later that day or another day. I wasn't trying to cancel--I simply needed to reschedule. What really frustrated me was that the front desk employee told me there was no issue and that I could reschedule online. Instead, she went ahead and canceled my appointment, which was not what I asked for, and I was then charged a cancellation fee. I even contacted my bank, and they confirmed the charge had been manually entered. At that point, it wasn't even about the fee anymore. It was the way the entire situation was handled. After being a loyal customer for more than three years, I expected a little understanding and basic customer service. Instead, I felt like I was being judged for something that was completely out of my control. I want to be fair because most of the people here have always been nice to me, but unfortunately, this interaction left such a bad impression that I no longer feel comfortable continuing to come here. Three-plus years of loyalty shouldn't feel meaningless over one situation that could have been handled so much differently. I understand businesses have cancellation policies, and I respect that. But there is a big difference between enforcing a policy and making a long-time customer feel like they don't matter. I really wish this had been handled differently because I genuinely enjoyed coming here before this experience. It's unfortunate that one interaction at the front desk was enough to make me reconsider being a customer after all these years.

I do not believe I should be required to spend additional money to have another artist correct work that did not produce the agreed-upon outcome.
