Bellevue Memorial- Mausoleum (my final resting place).
Lupe S.

Folks, Just remember the name Mary Gonzales, she is a Family Service Counselor at Bellevue. She is knowledgeable and has been with Bellevue for many many years, experience, thoughtful, sincere, compassionate, kind and is very clear with communication. Mary is Just what we needed when making plans on my final resting place . My advice is to select Mary for your consultation. I felt so good with my contract after leaving my appointment with her. She answered all my questions and even brought to my attention things that I didn't even know to ask. My husband was pleased with her too, and he enjoyed that she acknowledged his service in the Military/Marine(Vietnam Veteran) "I spoke to another counsel there at Bellevue who didn't even say thank you to him for his service" (my husband took 3 bullets). And wouldn't give us a discount . So, I ask for another counselor who was more caring... Folks, only go to Mary Gonzales, she'll guide you through everything, step by step. Thank you again Ms. Mary for all that you did for us. Your an Angel L & D Chino

Very impressed with their above & beyond customer service. I had never been to this cemetery until I found some family through Ancestry DNA. I met a Great Aunt at the location to visit the final resting place of my Great Grandmother. One of the groundsmen, Manuel, saw us searching and offered his assistance to locate our loved one. When we found it, the headstone was very weathered and not readable. Manuel was very kind & took the time to get it all cleaned up, making it look new again, while exchanging stories. We appreciate his kindness and help! Never have I ever visited a cemetery who had such pleasant people ready & happy to assist!

View from our plot choices. Purchased 2 spaces, one for my husband and I and one for our son.

Making your final arrangements isn't easy but Mary Helen at Bellevue helped me all along the way. She really listened to what I wanted and even gave me cost saving advice and recommendations. Having a special needs adult son, I had to make the hard decisions for him as well. I was in and out within an hour with my contracts in hand and although a somber topic I felt content knowing that I was well taken care of.

Came here today to visit my niece its been two years since her passing. I also been hearing stories about the main mausoleum so i decided to go visit and i got really dizzy after a while it was really strange and the smell was awkward. to bad its not open at night.

Horrible and sad conditions as many of us visited on Father's Day! Could barely walk thru the 10" tall grass! Would never recommend having a loved one buried here and actually considering relocation of my father! See attached photos 1 star is 1 star too many for this review

The service at Bellevue is impeccable they treated me like family the moment I walked through the door. I was pleasantly surprised that the grounds where in great shape since the other reviews said other wise. Don't hesitate to see for yourself.

We had a private viewing at their location it was sweet and simple. They were early to every location we had a big service at St. Peter St. Paul Catholic Church in Alta Loma oh they conveniently met me there early, We went all the way to resurrection cemetery located in Los Angeles everything went nice and smooth be there I didn't get the young lady that was helping but Eric was there thank you Eric for everything we highly recommend you and Stones funeral home. I asked him to be specially gentle with the beautiful flowers provided by Sapphire Florist and TommyAustin Florist Eric told me we always handle them with Care and he did thank you so much. Elina and Sophia patiently answered all of my questions and helped guide us through the entire process with compassion and understanding. Shannon and Andre were wonderful on the day of the service -- professional, organized, caring, and incredibly helpful to our family and guests. The service for my mother was beautiful, and we truly appreciated the care and respect that was shown to her and to our family. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of service exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this mortuary to anyone looking for pre-need services or at-need funeral services for a loved one. Thank you all for helping us through such a difficult time.

Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. They were prepared when I came in to discuss the services my mother had pre-arranged 23 years ago. This did make it easier and I was impressed at how quickly they were able to produce a copy of her plan. There were many additional options I could have chosen but I never felt pressured to buy anything additional. There were some things I needed to pay for, but the cost was reasonable to me. The day of the service we were assigned two people to help facilitate. They were both professional and most importantly, helpful. The main chapel room was beautiful. My mother's casket was placed at the center and a tiered table was set up to the right for items we had brought to display. Three large screen TVs displayed the picture we used for her obituary. I was impressed with the whole set up particularly because it was not something I had even considered in my grief. Lastly, the assistance they provided in writing her obituary was such a relief. They took information I provided and sent me a well written draft. It needed very little editing and was quickly ready and posted to their website. My husband and I will be returning to make our own prearrangements within this next year. Thank you, Draper Mortuary, for making this difficult task a pleasant and swift experience.

If you're looking for a mortuary with horrible customer service, poor communication, and zero…read moreempathy, this is the place. I would never recommend this mortuary to anyone going through the loss of a loved one. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Every time I called, I was told someone would call me back, but I never received a callback. I eventually had to text our funeral director, Annie, myself. Even then, she was extremely unhelpful and acted as if I was lying about trying to contact them. At one point she told me she would call me back in "a second," and it took over an hour. When she finally did call, she acted irritated that I was simply asking for the exact balance owed so I could get a cashier's check since they also charge an outrageous credit card fee. The day of the service was another disappointment. We had around 100 people attend my mother's service, yet they only printed 20 memorial cards. I specifically requested the cards be printed in both English and Spanish, but they were only done in English. Our family went about 40 minutes over the scheduled time, which I understand can happen, but this was the last time we would ever see my mother physically here on earth. Instead of showing compassion, the mortuary and church staff made us feel rushed and unwanted, practically pushing us out the door despite there not being another service afterward. To make matters worse, they charged us for supposedly going over by two full hours, even though my mother's body was taken around 6:40 PM and we were definitely not there until 8 PM. When I asked for proof or clarification, Annie completely dismissed my concerns. They also added a cleaning fee even though we left the space spotless. At the end of the day, this mortuary seems more focused on squeezing money out of grieving families than treating them with compassion and respect. Please be careful and consider choosing another mortuary for your loved one.
