First contact we had was with Debbie Stone she immediately gave us guidance thank you also Debbie All the employees at this location are very nice and helpful and very informative very respectful I can't say enough about them! We had a private viewing at their location it was sweet and simple. They were early to every location we had a big service at St. Peter St. Paul Catholic Church in Alta Loma oh they conveniently met me there early, We went all the way to resurrection cemetery located in Los Angeles everything went nice and smooth be there I didn't get the young lady that was helping but Eric was there thank you Eric for everything we highly recommend you and Stones funeral home. I asked him to be specially gentle with the beautiful flowers provided by Sapphire Florist and TommyAustin Florist Eric told me we always handle them with Care and he did thank you so much. I hope we're not back soon but we when we are in need we will definitely call you and I will let all my friends and family know that your little location in Upland is the one to go to. God Bless you

Erick was very kind and courteous and made this process very easy for me. He was very thorough in explaining everything that was going to happen. if I had a question, I would email him and he would answer right away. He has great attention to detail and follow through. I had my husband's service at Stone Funeral Home, and Erick came and greeted and hugged me that day. Everything went beautifully. I would highly recommend Stone Funeral Home an Erick . Thank you for helping my husband's memorial services to be beautiful and memorable.

Elina and Sophia patiently answered all of my questions and helped guide us through the entire process with compassion and understanding. Shannon and Andre were wonderful on the day of the service -- professional, organized, caring, and incredibly helpful to our family and guests. The service for my mother was beautiful, and we truly appreciated the care and respect that was shown to her and to our family. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of service exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this mortuary to anyone looking for pre-need services or at-need funeral services for a loved one. Thank you all for helping us through such a difficult time.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Draper Mortuary. My mother passed away on a…read moreTuesday and we held the services eight days later on the following Wednesday. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. They were prepared when I came in to discuss the services my mother had pre-arranged 23 years ago. This did make it easier and I was impressed at how quickly they were able to produce a copy of her plan. There were many additional options I could have chosen but I never felt pressured to buy anything additional. There were some things I needed to pay for, but the cost was reasonable to me. The day of the service we were assigned two people to help facilitate. They were both professional and most importantly, helpful. The main chapel room was beautiful. My mother's casket was placed at the center and a tiered table was set up to the right for items we had brought to display. Three large screen TVs displayed the picture we used for her obituary. I was impressed with the whole set up particularly because it was not something I had even considered in my grief. Lastly, the assistance they provided in writing her obituary was such a relief. They took information I provided and sent me a well written draft. It needed very little editing and was quickly ready and posted to their website. My husband and I will be returning to make our own prearrangements within this next year. Thank you, Draper Mortuary, for making this difficult task a pleasant and swift experience.

If you're looking for a mortuary with horrible customer service, poor communication, and zero…read moreempathy, this is the place. I would never recommend this mortuary to anyone going through the loss of a loved one. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Every time I called, I was told someone would call me back, but I never received a callback. I eventually had to text our funeral director, Annie, myself. Even then, she was extremely unhelpful and acted as if I was lying about trying to contact them. At one point she told me she would call me back in "a second," and it took over an hour. When she finally did call, she acted irritated that I was simply asking for the exact balance owed so I could get a cashier's check since they also charge an outrageous credit card fee. The day of the service was another disappointment. We had around 100 people attend my mother's service, yet they only printed 20 memorial cards. I specifically requested the cards be printed in both English and Spanish, but they were only done in English. Our family went about 40 minutes over the scheduled time, which I understand can happen, but this was the last time we would ever see my mother physically here on earth. Instead of showing compassion, the mortuary and church staff made us feel rushed and unwanted, practically pushing us out the door despite there not being another service afterward. To make matters worse, they charged us for supposedly going over by two full hours, even though my mother's body was taken around 6:40 PM and we were definitely not there until 8 PM. When I asked for proof or clarification, Annie completely dismissed my concerns. They also added a cleaning fee even though we left the space spotless. At the end of the day, this mortuary seems more focused on squeezing money out of grieving families than treating them with compassion and respect. Please be careful and consider choosing another mortuary for your loved one.

After the pickup we were told that a representative would reach out to us the following day so we could start making arrangements. They didn't call till 3 days later even after leaving them multiple messages! Imagine not knowing what's happening to your loved one or where they are located after they died. Our assigned rep only called AFTER I switched to Anubis Cremations and had arrangements for the body to be brought to their facilities. Wesleigh was so easy to work with. She picked up my call right away and took care of everything. She communicated every step of the way. I told her that my uncle who is a priest will be arriving in 2 weeks and we would like for the cremation and memorial service to happen while he was here. She mentioned that it's a very tight schedule but she would try to make it happen. And she 100% delivered!!! Within an hour of my initial call she had my auntie's body arranged for pickup, she sent paperwork to us and the doctor so she could start the process of filing the death certificate. The church where we wanted the memorial service wouldn't let us reserve a time till they had a cremation date. We were able to get the cremation date within a few days. We opted for a private open viewing at the crematory in Van Nuys. The crematory only does night time viewing which worked well for us since our family is busy working during the day. Wesleigh's coworker Jonathan took great care of us at the viewing. The place had a room for up to 15 people where family members could sit with the casket prior to the cremation. They dressed our auntie in her formal barong and jewelry. We were allowed to provide flowers, letters, and mementoes in the cardboard casket. Jonathan gave us sharpies so we could write notes on the casket. There were aslo tissues and an easel for our use. Although the viewing was technically 15 minutes, we were not rushed and were given about 20-25 minutes to do a prayer service and say our goodbyes. And then Jonathan and another employee wheeled her into the crematory. We watched them place her casket in the "oven" and once the door closed we left. They even allowed us to live stream the entire time we were there to our auntie's relatives back in the Philippines. The following day Wesleigh delivered the ashes to the church and she provided the letters and instructions we needed to bring the ashes back to the Philippines. We were also very happy with the urn we ordered from Anubis. It was engraved and had a photo of our auntie. It was perfect. I can't thank Wesleigh and Jonathan enough for providing an outstanding service that was stress-free, efficient, compassionate, and super professional during this difficult time of grief. I whole-heartedly recommend Annubis.
