Came in for fingerprinting and you don't need an appointment. the process was super easy. There is a large private parking area out front..you can be in and out in about 15 minutes if there is no wait. Fees seem high...but there is really nowhere else to go on the Eastside...they charged over $40 for two sets of fingerprints. read more

Rude staff. Wouldn't see me because I was 3 minutes late for my scheduled time (they are on the third floor was asking someone where to go that's why I was late). Took time off work and drove from Seattle. Then when I asked how to reschedule said I'd have to do it myself. Second of all, your customer service is horrible. Even your response as a manager is tacky to be honest. If someone had explained the reasoning or had better communication in the process perhaps you wouldn't have a 1 star from me. I went to another location and they were very kind to me. The owners apparently run both the Bellevue and Bothell locations off of a single phone number, which no one ever bothers answering; perfect method for scamming customers out of their reservation fees by making it impossible to contact anyone in case of issues with scheduling. Good way to run a short con, rotten way to run a business. EDIT: Also, worth mentioning that despite clear guidance on their website AND the various signs posted on the building door, the attendant at the Bothell office wandered out without a mask, and proceeded to carry on our conversation in the enclosed lobby space without so much as a pause. Nothing says 'professionalism' like the fundamental failure to follow your own guidelines as a business, though hardly surprising in this case. read more

Pro: was able to get an appointment within a day to get fingerprinted since none of the Police Dept offices are doing it right now in the pandemic. Cons: I very clearly told them the directions from my medical board are that their signed form goes in the sealed red envelope with the prints card. 3 ladies refused to believe me, nor would they read the directions I have printed from the Board. So of course they are wrong and had to go back and get it done correctly. Also it's $40, where other private service is $20. And PD is $7. I hope the prints are accepted or I'll have to return again . read more

To be honest, I'd go with Alliance 2020 in Renton rather, even if you have to go out a little further, they do walk-ins and were great. I had the same issue as Cay below with the Bellevue office, I was turned away because I couldn't find the teeny tiny office with no signage, so was a bit late for my appointment after having to ask around. I was offered a later appointment (only reason I'm giving a 2nd star), but I really wasn't impressed with the place and didn't want to come back later, but was still charged for my appointment that I booked and prepaid online. We had an appointment for 10:45 and was not even met with the notary till 11:50. First of all, it is extremely unorganized to even get to their tiny office in this building. The receptionist at the floor had no idea who they are and couldn't direct us to the office which was right by the corner of the reception desk. After finding the office, we were asked to wait outside even though it's right on our scheduled appointment time at 10:45. The whole point of making an appointment is to KEEP the appointment, or else why bother? Second, the notary does not really know what she was doing. She constantly needed "help" from her manager during the process and her manager wasn't 100% sure on some of the things either. So they end up with "I guess so" on a few places and I actually had to point out where witness needed to sign for them. Third but not the least serious mistake was - the notary missed stamping her seal on one of the page, this was largely due to we had 23 pages to notarize plus 2 witness, which cost over $200+. Yet they couldn't wait to get us out of the door when all said and done. You would think paying customers would be at least be treated with respect, not to mention a customer paying a lot of $$. Not the case here, and we we had to make an extra trip back the next day to the office for her mistake. This is beyond ridiculous. If you are in a business charges $ per your signature, it's extremely important to make sure you pay attention to details. This place obviously failed miserably. I would not recommend this place if you need notary done based on how unprofessional these people were. They should just stick to finger printing only. read more

Made an appointment for CPL fingerprints online. They make you pay upfront $50. Soon after I realize it's not in the correct county so I had to cancel it ASAP. They will not give you refund for a canceled appointment. Make sure you read the fine prints carefully and make sure it's at the correct location. Like common. At least have a grace period for cancellations. read more

I had accidentally made an appointment at their tacoma location and didn't realize there were multiples. I was in Bellevue for what I thought was my appointment and they couldn't find it. We searched in their computer base and I showed them my confirmation email. They showed me that it saw my address and automatically booked me in Tacoma. I was so bummed and knew that I wouldn't make it in time and asked if we could reschedule there in person to make it simpler for me. They were able to actually squeeze me in there! Made for a quick and easy fingerprinting and they did all the paperwork for me so I could get my license fast and easy! Would recommend these people! read more

I don't frequent a lot of fingerprinting places so I have nothing to compare this one to but it's a pretty hidden location with plenty of parking. The "office" is very basic but they get you in and out of there pretty quickly (as long as there aren't too many people in front of you of course)! I was at the Tacoma location to be finger-printed for a new job. The facility is quite modern and clean. The woman who did my finger-printing was extremely patient. I always tense up with the ink on my fingers, which makes my prints very hard to capture, but she was kind and concerned with getting the ink off of my fingers once it was over. Extremely kind and helpful staff! I have weak fingerprints due to eczema and they went above and beyond to help me get good fingerprints--which were accepted by the FBI, after an earlier set of prints taken at the Post Office were rejected. I also called before making my appointment and asked a lot of questions about the process and the different options, and they answered all my questions in detail. I never felt like they were trying to get me off the phone. Great service all around. read more

Well that was surprisingly unexpected. When you think of government or legal documents requiring fingerprints you think of long lines at smelly stuffy immigration offices or police stations. Real Estate Agents please read this message. This company will scam you and take your money and waste your time if you are not aware that there is only one company contracted to do finger prints for the department of licensing for real estate agents. Only Identigo can submit your finger prints for license renewal. I booked an appointment the Bellevue Fingerprint Services before knowing this, however on their website I did not see any data entry for Real Estate agents so when I arrived I hesitated to get service. I told the staff I was renewing my license and I was concerned that I may not be at the right place to get my prints done. They assured me I was and proceeded with the service. This was deceptive. They knew I was supposed to book through Identigo because THEY ARE SUBCONTRACTED by Identigo to take finger prints for Real Estate agents. When my broker saw my prints they told me to call the Bellevue Finger print and ask them if they can send them to the DOL. The person on the phone immediately responded by saying it was a common question and mistake, that they are not contracted to take my prints. How did the person on the phone answer my question so readily and yet the people who took my prints did not accurately inform me regarding this "common question"? I returned to demand my money back on the basis that I was diligent to ask the right questions and their staff played on my ignorance and did not tell me the truth. I can only imagine how many people they have stolen from. The manager kept repeating a script to make me feel like I was in the wrong for not following the DOL instructions. I explained that I was never given instructions. I pointed out that it's unethical to be subcontracted by Identigo and not tell their clients the truth about how to get their prints done for the DOL when you are asked directly before ever providing service. After they had my money it was easy to get the facts everyone was in the know then. Their staff did not tell me all of the facts the first time I questioned them, before they ever provided a service. Therefore they are deceptive thieves and I do not recommend them to anyone. read more

I didn't even thought of making two cards just to make sure Uscis can read my fp this time. Good thing she said it and the process was done in 10 mins. This business is conveniently located just a few minutes west of Bellevue Square and the main downtown Bellevue business district (just a few blocks west of Bellevue's Whole Foods store). There is ample parking in front of the office. My son needed to be fingerprinted for a teaching job he will begin this summer. The woman who helped us was wonderful. My son did not have the proper fingerprint card, which she provided and assisted him with. Cost was $17, which is very reasonable. She was very friendly, helpful and efficient. She also warned my son not to fold the fingerprint card, for fastest processing at the other end. We were able to purchase a large manilla envelope for just 25cents, and within a very short time we were on our way. This business also does passport photos, notarizing, etc. It is conveniently located, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I recommend it, and will definitely be back if I have need of their services in the future. read more

This place is nothing special. I had to go here to get some finger prints & passport photos. On first going in the place appears unorganized and sketchy. The staff was SUPER friendly though, prompt, organized, and got me in and out of there. They did a great job on the photos. First passport photos I have seen that actually looked OK. They were very knowledgeable about the regulations for the different kinds of photos to take for the different countries. The offered a great pumice to clean the ink of your hands 100%. Not the nicest looking places, but its nearby and efficient with friendly people. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I mistakenly thought that because it was a copy center, I would be able to print a fingerprinting form at the office. I should have asked before coming in because the receptionist said she "didn't know how to print" ?!? I called the organization that needed the form and they offered to fax it, but the receptionist didn't know the fax number either. I left and made an appointment for two days later at the local police department who were fantastic! Hard to believe a professional office wouldn't have any sort of printing capabilities or a fax machine. read more

Again too bad for those working folk trying to get it done( lots of teachers meeting required mandates). What a poor excuse for a company. Called in to get fingerprints done for our business. Let them know where we driving from and what the estimated drive time was. We arrived at 5:16 and the doors were locked and no one would come to the door, even though we could see them sitting in the offices. Told on the phone they were open until 5:30pm. Staff left the office at 5:27...Guess they didn't want to do their jobs. read more

I showed up 2 minutes before closing time for lunch and begged for help since I live far away. Although we went ahead with it, Megan was unpleasant, "I guess if you don't care!" (that she was missing out on lunch) The process took 5 minutes. I've sacrificed a few minutes from my lunch before for several people.... that is after all customer service.
