There seemed to be a little confusion when I arrived about the fact that I had appointments for both a haircut and a pedicure, but after some discussions the staff got it sorted out and started me with the pedicure. I was amused that it didn't take long for my basic pedicure to get upsold to a more expensive one, but the lady was polite about it and, given it was my first pedicure ever, I figured why not give it a try (or maybe I'm just an easy mark). A very nice lady named Trinh did both my pedicure and haircut and she was overall just wonderful. I was happy with the haircut, and she made my first pedicure a good experience as well. I'll definitely be returning and requesting her. Basically, everyone I interacted with was friendly, and the place itself is clean, quaint, and comfortable.
