Upon contacting the lady, she tells me that she receives clients at 1:30 am at this salon address 2132 NE 123rd St, North Miami, FL 33181 10:12 pm I receive confirmation of the appointment when I call again 10:54 pm The woman calls me to tell me that she is ready. When I enter the salon, the woman tells me that she works at dawn and at the time that the clients request, taking into account that she sees herself as a hard-working woman, I congratulate her for her great work and hard work. The woman starts doing the pedicure without first cleaning the work tools, she does everything very quickly and starts to inquire about my personal life, she repeatedly asks me what my job is, and asks if the car I rented is mine, I shared with her that I was coming to celebrate my birthday in Miami, the woman in a very aggressive attitude does not listen to my instructions about the way I like my nails, she threatened to call the police even though I have refused to pay her, she refused to give me the service, she diagnosed me with mental illness, and compared my demands with her own mother which denotes a serious problem in her service. The woman mentions that she lacks patience, creating a series of prejudices and accusations against me for asking her how I wanted my nails done. The woman mentions having 20 years of experience, and this gives her the right to do her job without listening to how the client feels. I request that this information be delivered through my legal representative to a complaint in the Department of Health and all legal instances and determine these treatments, accusations and under service with tools outside of hygiene and safety for people. No A/C , safety or RESPECT!!! The lady is extremely rude and doesn't deserve have a license in case she does . This place is a joke. read more

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. I went here and had a horrible experience. 1. The place has no A/C 2. Only one employee 3. The sinks are dirty and towels are all re used, literally pieces of cuticle from the last customer. 4. Very rude employee. I got my nails done and not even two days passed by the the nails turned brown, keep in mind I did a neon coral pink. I reached out to her and she told me I need to complain to the nail company not her like what ?! That's insane. She said she just works there and isn't her fault. It has been TWELVE days since I got my nails done by Jade at the spa and I couldn't be happier! My nails look almost as perfect as they did the day I got the manicure and it's been nearly two weeks. Jade truly does an excellent job. She takes her time doing her work and wants you to be completely satisfied when she's done. Plus, you will have a great time while you're there! So many great things to highlight about Jade and her business. 1st, to set some context, I travel extensively/ have moved cities every few years and have been getting manicures bi weekly for the last 10 years. Chipped or unpolished nails is one of my biggest pet peeves, which is why I have been on the hunt for someone great that could provide me high quality, long lasting nails. Jade is that person! - she is a one woman show who schedules her day around her clients. Appointments are necessary. She makes it easy to book/change by quickly responding to text messages - she is a master at Dip powder manicures, mine genuinely last 2.5-3 weeks, while gel done elsewhere has historically chipped within the week - she accepts Venmo! Making it easy to pay and tip her with a few taps on the phone - her foot and neck massages are heavenly and affordable - my nails are stronger and longer than they've ever been bc there is no scraping or pulling polish off nails. She makes the removal simple and safe I actually found her via yelp when she had many more reviews that were raving about her. Yelp as a company pushed a site wide change that inadvertently penalized a number of small businesses that de prioritized most of her reviews. Not 100 % on hygiene protocol. The towels on the manicure table are reused over and over again. You can see the accumulated cuticles from the person before You. Gross! If you happen to come in and she's with a customer get ready to wait in the heat. She doesn't even turn on the AC! She doesn't offer you water either. That's pretty sad since she's the owner, the manager, only nail tech, the only employee. read more
