They're very quick and accept walk-ins. I've gone here three times now and have had a different person each time. The polish doesn't hold well and they always leave a big gap between the skin and polish. I always find bubbles in the polish once I leave, it drives me crazy. A week later and I'm already ready for another manicure. My friend got acrylics and they made hers so thick, she also hated them. If you want a simple pedicure I think this place is fine. Otherwise probably not. read more

Touring for Euphoria set needed very specific colored nails.They did great job here! I wanted them done in a very specific way, and the lady was right on! Susan took her time and did great, when she messed up she removed it and redid it every time, which was very appreciated. read more

DO NOT!!!!!!!!!! If I didn't have to put a star for the service in order to post this, I wouldn't. Worst nail salon I have ever been to. The most disrespectful customer service. You don't even know how much they charge you. They charge you whatever they want. After the nail technician Tina worked on my nails I was so upset because of how bad they came out and she did not want to fix them. I am totally not go anywhere else but here!!!!!! read more

I needed a nail fix and a pedi. While I was searching for nail shops in the area, Beyond Nails popped up on the search engine. I decided to give this place a chance and happy that I did. The were pretty busy but managed to squeeze me in. The pedicure I received was great! The nail tech shaped my toes perfectly and she polished them nicely too. I'm actually in love with the color I selected and how cleaned polished my toes turned out. After my pedi, I was directed to sit in the chair at Jade's table. However, during the service I was asked to get up and sit by the dryers. Jade had a scheduled appointment around the same time. I wasn't upset because I didn't have an appointment and they were able to do my pedi and fix. Nonetheless Jade was able to finish my nail fix after her client. read more

don't go to Leo... i paid $75 for my nails and i hate them but i'm not someone to complain or cause a scene so i just left after paying. will definitely be going to my normal nail lady tomorrow and getting them fixed. read more

This is only place I would do my pedicure. Michael is great, he always can find a time for you. If Michael is off, ask for Maya she is great too! They are super friendly, and very good price on service they provide! read more

Worst experience I have had getting a manicure. Arrived and asked how long it would be for 2 manicures and pedicures, they said "in 15-20". One hour later they didn't even apologize and were only able to get one done. (It wasn't great either) read more

Sooooo... I've got my nails done on Sunday, April 22, and this is how they look like on Thursday, April 26. My cuticles look horrible and look at the way the lady painted my nails , it doesn't look accurate near by cuticle line . Honestly, I'm very disappointed, I wasted $30 for nothing :( I won't go back to this place , and I don't recommend it to anyone read more

Call for JOJO! She is the best! Did I say best? Yes I did! Jojo is super attentive to detail and is great with designs. She takes her time with the mani and pedi but it's so worth it. Show her a nail design you like and she will recreate it with ease. She is my go to girl for mani and pedi's. I have been going to her for over a year and all my friends and even strangers continuously compliment me on my nails. Additionally prior to going to her my nails would always break. Not anymore! I really think it's because of her detail and knowing what works for my nails. My nails on my hands and feet have never looked so good. NOTE: Speak to her directly when making an appointment. She will see you later in the evening as well which is great if you work. read more

Came in here while on vacation. The people were very nice but the girl who did my nails did a terrible job. She filed my nails too short and actually filed a couple of the crooked. The gel polish is uneven and terrible thick. See pictures for proof but beware of this place. read more

UPDATE: HE WAS DRINKING ON THE JOB. HE WAS DRUNK. WOW. One blonde Hispanic lady was sitting at her desk doing her own nails and rejecting clients LOL the same woman was taking poorly (really poorly) about a lady they rejected and even mocked her weight. The guy that did my sisters nails got up THREE TIMES and left in the middle of doing the refill to start doing some other persons feet....... on top of ALLLLL of that, it's been an hour and a half and the nails are completely wet and destroyed. Garbage nail salon. I called 45 minutes prior for an appointment to fix one nail before I went to work. She assured me that I could come in that time. I walk in and they told me that they had no time to take me even though I walked all the way there for my appointment time. They wanted me to sit and wait and wouldn't even turn around to look at me when saying this. Trash service read more

Located within a plaza near 2 other restaurants that I really liked. I am giving them 4 stars because even though they were closing they still let me walk in and get a pedi. Maybe I looked sad? I can't say thank you enough. The foot massage was great too. They didn't have that much in regard to polish selection (which is the reason I couldn't give them 5) but that is okay I just wanted a French. They seemed confused when I asked for flowers on my big toe with a crystal. However, one girl came over and gave it her best. They look cute! I cannot handle having unpolished toes and they saved me. All of the staff were happy friendly and not mean even though it was late. I will definitely be back. read more

I have been to this nail salon 4 times now, every time I had great results, I can't speak about wax and facials but for nails they are good . I don't want to spend half of my day in a Nail salon , every time i have been there, I got my nails done right away. The male nail technician is really good , his name is Michael and I had a deluxe pedicure with him. The deluxe pedicure is 35 bucks but your feet gets royal treatment and a foot massage. LOVE IT . No need to say I always go back there ; ) read more

Stay away from BEYOND NAILS SALON! I had most horrible experience ever! Worst service. Waxing lady left HUGE BRUISES on my leg. I asked her to stop, I just wanted to leave, because she was hurting me. She said no- no bruises will go away in 1 hour. Also they made me pay $$$$$$$ for 3 min of unfinished and painful service. Stuff insulted me in front of the salon, saying "no one going to see your bruises there honey" * No licenses was displayed. * Waxing rooms don't have right equipment or a tools that meets sanitary requirements. *Very rude stuff. Outcome: After my post , manager contacted. She did not believe and asked me to show my bruise on the leg, Finally, she apologized for the service and refund my $20 read more

Beyond Nails I have had my nails done here for many years. Last night I had a regular manicure done. I saw the nail polish must have been old ant even when it was applied I asked the woman doing it if the nail polish was bad because it was sort of clumpy. She reassured me it was fine. Well, after it dried Completely while I was in the nail salon, the polish started clumping and looked terrible. This morning I went back for them to fix it. Their answer was "it is your fault. I tried to explain that the nail polish was not good. They did not care. I ask anyone who is thinking of using Beyond Nails-Do not go there. They do not stand by their customers. I have been to this nail salon for a couple of years off and on. I stopped going a while ago because I thought the place lacked cleanliness. In the last 2 months they have expanded into the store space next door and doubled its size. They have completely renovated and it looks great. I only get facial waxing done here where they do it in a chair in plain sight but I dont mind. Staff is nice and yes like someone else mentioned below they will stay open longer if people are still in there and they will continue to take new customers until done....with a smile! They also have all of the equipment to do the gel nail polish- which is a winner in my book. Good, fair prices and for some reason they remember all of the "regulars" names among many of your preferences. Amazing. They take appointments and walk ins. Parking in that plaza is pretty busy, but always to be had-maybe just not right in front. I would recommend. Jade is the owner and very nice and accommodating. read more
