UPDATE; I came in to do my Christmas nails, sam took care of me and my nails are sooooo sexy exactly what inwanted. Officially a loyal client ‍‍ I walked in for service on a Friday around 6:30 PM, the store was pretty lonely, but I was thrilled about that because I usually have to wait at a nail salon. My pedicure and manicure felt rushed since they close at eight but my nails turned out nice so I can't complain ‍ I was also the last person in the store and one of the nail techs asked me how I was getting home and offered me a ride when I stated I was walking so that was very nice of her. They're all SICK RIGHT NOW! The girl that was doing my nails was coughing so bad she had to get up and leave and someone else had to finish my nails! That was just the beginning. I called before hand and asked the manager twice will she be ready and he said yes of course when I get there, she still working on someone and had to wait 30 minutes. my previous appointment I had to wait over an hour after making an apt. This is about the third time! They do not care about their customers or their hard-working money. My nails are faded and the design that they did is awful. Best nail salon I have ever gone to. I always get acrylics and I get pedicures, as well as my brows which are amazing. I always bring friends and family because I know they will be happy with their different services. It's pretty cozy because most of the workers are family. I can see how the owner of this salon is NOT smart nor business oriented. I went to get a mani-pedi yesterday. While I was sitting down, initially I talked about doing regular then I changed my mind and asked an employee the price for gel. She said $65. Mani gel were well, the pedi as the technician couldn't communicate did it regular after I told her gel . Someone else came to remove the work and did it again. I used to be a long time customer. Today I made an appointment to do my nails. I arrived on time and was told by the person I made the appointment with that she was unable to do my nails. I accepted another manicurist to do the job. Then, and here is the kicker...my second manicurist who was going to do my dip powered nails tells me to " go home" because she woke up late and her noon appointment was about to arrive. Not only I arrived on time for both of my appointments , I am being asked to leave the place and come back " whenever" to see if they can take care of me because there are other clients that they rather service. Never mind my usual 20% tip I always leave, never mind I arrived on time and never mind I politely left the place. I give this new management a big " zero", for quality of service. read more

I'd like to preface this by say I don't typically write reviews but this place has added insult to injury. I called ahead for my friend and I to get our nails done. My friend was just getting an acrylic fill with gel and I was getting dip powder gel with tips, coffin shaped. We were told it would take 50 minutes to complete (I only had an hour to spare before my flight so this was great! Or so I thought.) The service took an hour and a half almost causing me to miss my flight. This was the second time I got the dip powder service. The first (in nyc) didn't take as long and came out spectacular. I was complimented on it and asked if they were my real nails. So I know what they should look like. These nails came out fat and bulky and the only reason they aren't even fatter is because i stopped her from adding 4 layers of powder. They are also shaped weird and have streaks. They're cut off prematurely on the sides and without color. She didn't even bother to remove the color from my skin. The woman had the nerve to say that I was picky and this is how they should look. I was finally able to talk them down from $40 (which is the price quoted over the phone) to $20 after being yelled at by the woman. My friend's nails on the other hand came out amazing! They were perfectly shaped and the color was great. Until one broke 24 hours later. Of course, these things happen so she went back to get it fixed. They promptly and rudely told her she had to pay to fix them. Now for the truly infuriating part! My friend just called me to talk about my nails so I randomly checked my CC statement which showed them charging me $45 instead of the agreed upon $20. Not only will they have your nails looking like trash, but they will also amend your payment and charge you more! The service here is abysmal and there's literally zero customer service. Feel very uncomfortable after going here this past time. Employee was sitting there on a client chair (not working) talking and texting to another employee. The employee was coughing, sneezing, removing her mask. VERY disrespectful to all customers! One customer had the nerve to tell her to move out of the work area where customers were. I always get my nails done with Tammy, her gel application is precise and she always makes sure she does an amazing job. Not to mention the results last me forever.
