Whoa, this place was poppin'! Came through to celebrate a post-birthday dinner. Party of a dozen or so, we came through for after-dinner drinks and dessert. It's a good thing party planners made reservations because it was packed! It's a fairly small place but really popular. They have a full menu for meals and drinks. There was a stage occupied by a DJ who provided great music. Not a lot of room for dancing, but not impossible. They even have a cute swing in a corner for photo ops. Service was great - they were helpful with helping with serving cake and sweets - and of course, drinks and cocktails. We had a good time. Belle Epoque is exactly what the South Bay needed! An amazing restaurant/supper club with fantastic live music, delicious food and incredible cocktails. Over the past few months I have gone here for late night drinks with live music, Sunday funday brunch and Tuesday night comedy night. The food is consistently excellent and the drinks are well crafted. Every single musical act has been terrific. The shows are usually Thursday- Saturday and it's a $10 fee if you stay for entertainment... but it's well worth it every time! The service is always great and the ambiance is gorgeous. We went into it for a drink after having dinner next door, as we heard the karaoke fun passing by. There are only around 10pax inside but the vibe is so fun, very welcoming, owner and staff are all very friendly and nice! We were invited to sing a few songs to join the party and then more customers coming in joining together. Eh. Went on a Sunday with my Mom and Aunt just for coffee and dessert. The live music is the best part. The service was honestly terrible, but my mom has gone before and liked it. My experience was that it's a fairly small restaurant that kind of feels cramped but because of the live music and cute decor, you endure it. Our waiter looked super annoyed by our entrance and it seemed like maybe he felt understaffed, but the reality is that a good waiter would have crushed the room. I made my reservation a week or so ago to get a message 3 days before valentines day that they had a limited menu. I don't like doing this but having 2 days to find a new reservation for a large holiday is absurd. They mentioned nothing on there website when the reservation was made and decided to let me know a couple days before that is unacceptable. Went there for valentines dinner with my bf. We've been here before and love the ambience. we paid for the band tickets and preset dinner menu. Band was $20 per person. There was suppose to be an acoustic guitar performance before the band. So we got there early to enjoy the acoustic music during dinner (7pm) and band started at 9. Acoustic guitar did not show up. Had to watch the band set up during our dinner. Not very romantic for Valentine's Day. Had we known that we would have planned dinner somewhere else. Band music was good. However when they took a break they sat down and ate dinner for at least 30 minutes. That was more than a 'break'. They ended up coming back and played 1-2 songs and called it quits. The food...menu is sparse. Not a lot of options. The plantain chips too salty served with dipping sauces the chimichurri sauce was great...delicious the spicy sauce will burn your insides out. Glass of Rombauer $35.... I did not order anything else off the menu. I couldn't afford it I do want to retire. Was scouting for potential venues for business and personal. Expect to spend some it is pricey. I believe it will evolve and become a staple in the village. They offer a membership...a dinner club. I cannot speak to the entertainment. If you're lucky enough to come in when Felicia is serving up libations like she's Tom Cruise (if you get the reference, we'd totally get along), then consider yourself lucky. She made me one of THEE BEST Old Fashioneds I've ever had, and I've been to a lot of fancy-shmancy restaurants. I'd also recommend their smoky Paloma, which was equally as delicious. Speaking of delicious, their Cubano alone is reason enough to drive all the way out. I've had it twice, and now I crave it like a crackhead. I'd also recommend the Lavish Lavash dish.....so damn good. Burgandie was our server, and she was also as equally fantastic as Tom Cruise over there behind the bar.
