Horrible service! In their defense, I didn't actually eat there. Though not for a lack of trying. I called and was placed on hold for almost 10 mins. I finally hung up because I was pulling into their parking lot. I was excited because they had a covered area and my dog was with me and I had his leash, so I was going to sit with him while the food was cooking. I walked inside,in front of a couple other folks. What a great place! Top to bottom a wonderful experience. First time here and won't be the last Our server started off with being super kind and helpful. She was alone as far as we could see. She was our server, cook, bar tender and the face of this place. Even though she was running, sometimes literally, she was smiling and efficient. She was amazing! We ordered wings and jo jo's. OMG were they fantastic. They are southern fried full wings. You are given a caddy of 6 sauces so you can decide. Sweet chili, bbq, honey mustard, Franks red hot, chipotle ranch and ranch. You decide. They were delicious! The jo jo's were HUGE! I posted a pic. Could not eat all of what came. For the table we also had onion rings. Very good. And macaroni bites. Also very good. We decided to try them based on recommendations. When we walked in there was pleasant music playing. After sitting there for a few minutes, a few people came in and demanded that all the televisions be changed to boxing and the music turned off and the boxing turned up. Not really caring what anyone else wanted. We ordered salad and mozerella sticks as appetizers. The food was very good. We ordered chicken and JoJos and that was amazing. The food is 5 stars. The wait staff was 5 stars. I would consider coming back if one group was not allowed to dominate the television. read more

This place has changed hands a few times in the last couple years but I've always wanted to try it out. We stopped in on a Tuesday. There were only about 5 other people when we showed up. The place isn't huge. There are probably about 6 tables. They have a pool table and lottery machines. The crowd was a little weird, but I guess that's to be expected given the proximity to Portland proper. They serve pub food and they have about 6 beers on tap. The bartender on duty had a heavy pour and that made it worth the $5 for the Bacardi and coke. She was the only person on duty and she stepped out with the other patrons to smoke which I thought was weird. My boyfriend and I got a strange feeling when we entered and probably won't be going back, but if you're looking for a strong drink for a decent price this is the spot to go. read more

This place is now called Grace and Frankie's. Jeanne was an awesome server. They have 30 beers on tap. Mark had a Chocolate Shake Stout, delicious and I don't like beer. We shared a 4 peice chiken and Jojos. 6 different sauces available. Next time we will try halibut fish and chips. 5 small pieces of fish and chips for 11 bucks. We stumbled upon this place and let it be known- the BEST stumble! Natalie is an AMAZING cook! The French dip sandwich and fried chicken were to die for!! We literally couldn't stop eating because it was so good, even though we were full. Tami the bartender is so lovely and friendly!! She helped with beer recommendations and had a great attitude. The chicken....If I were ever faced with the crisis of having to choose one food for the remainder of my years it'd be this chicken When you wake up the morning (after consuming said chicken among other questionable/ maybe excessive drink orders) and the smell still lingers on your hair, you WILL find comfort in the fact knowing that if today is in fact your last day, you had an A++++ last meal. The chicken is absolutely to die for the servings are large the jo jos impressive but not what I grew up on lol staff and owners are quick to make sure you're satisfied there is a cook time for the chicken though but it's well worth the wait if you're looking for fast food go to KFC or Popeyes you'll get it quick but it will not compare to this hidden gem I wish the owners all the best they're doing it right and I'll be back many times in the future read more

I realize that business has been tough for restaurants and bars, so I'm willing to go out of my way to support them but when I order a takeout for chicken and am told that it will be 30 minutes that's no problem, but when I arrive and am told it will be another 30 minutes just how busy are they and do they really need my business. read more

I can only give this establishment 1 star because the food is good but service was atrocious. Saturday night it was 1 1/2 hours before we (party of 3) got our order and only 2 of 3 orders were entered in POS so we were shorted one meal. The most disappointing part of the evening was watching the owner let her new bartender/waitress (2nd day) struggle to keep up with the patrons while she sat at a table drinking. It was a very busy night, there should have been at a minimum of 3 servers (This from a former Restaurant manager). Yes our meals And drink ticket was voided, but that doesn't make up for the 2 1/2 hours of wasted time. If this is how they are going to run a business, I don't see this restaurant making it much longer. read more

I had been wanting to try this place for awhile since I noticed they added a pool table. Went to play pool and have a Bloody Mary. Music was really boring. Bloody Mary was not good. Really miss the old bar owners/bartenders. Even tho it didn't have a pool table then, I always went for the yummy drinks and the music was much better. Went from going almost every weekend to deciding to never go back again. This bar is not for the younger crowd. Also forgot to mention that although the bartender seemed nice, it was kinda odd that she spent most of the time sitting outside smoking. I thought the area was for customers, and at first i didn't know she worked there because she was sitting down smoking when me and my bf walked in. It was like 10-11 am Sunday I can't imagine the only bartender sitting for most of the time I was there. Anyways 1 star for all of that. read more

The chicken that we went for was WAY overcooked and like chewing shoe leather. Once we received our order the waitress never came back to see if we wanted another beer or anything else. We had to go to the bar and get our beer and silverware and the check. Will not go back. read more
