They had both vegan and gluten-free options on the menu, making Mimo's a thoroughly inclusive restaurant. I ordered a vegan Stromboli combo. The serving size was very generous, the crust was cooked just right and the ingredients were super fresh! It was also loaded with lots of vegan cheese, so I was stuffed by the end of the meal.
