After comparing our options, we kept coming back to Acassa because of their outstanding reviews, competitive pricing, and the professionalism demonstrated by Bill, Tina, and the entire team from the very beginning. Needless to say, we hired Acassa for a complete kitchen renovation, and they delivered an incredible result. The team arrived early each day, kept the worksite impeccably clean, and consistently provided valuable suggestions to enhance our original design. A special thank you to Tina for her exceptional design insight and creativity throughout the project. We were so impressed with their professionalism and craftsmanship that we continued working with them on additional projects throughout our home, including replacing all of our baseboards and completely rebuilding our fireplace with a state of the art electric fireplace, new façade, and custom mantel. If you are considering a home renovation, or even building a home from the ground up, Bill and his team can handle projects of any size or complexity with excellence and attention to detail. Thank you again to Bill, Tina, Caesar, and the entire Acassa team for an outstanding experience. Costello Family

Before hiring, verify the contractor's license directly with the Florida DBPR. After experiencing…read moremultiple issues during my renovation, I discovered that Megapolis Construction did not appear to hold an active Florida contractor license. Permits for my project appeared to be filed through another company, M & Z Construction. My project experienced significant delays, change-order/upcharge disputes, inspection and engineering/blueprint issues, and several promised items that were never completed. Some work I ultimately completed myself to move the project forward. During disputes over these issues, the possibility of a construction lien was also raised. When I later sold the property, the closing attorney flagged concerns regarding the contractor/licensing structure and held part of the sale proceeds temporarily while the matter was reviewed. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to independently verify licensing, permitting, contracts, and who is actually responsible for the work / injuries / defects before making payments or signing agreements. Nick, the owner of Megapolis Construction is apparently a married man. To the licensed contractor of the Florida license he used for permits for my project. They are invested together financially but with the current structure, it seems they are able to possibly avoid any direct liability operating between 2 companies.

They completely transformed the space, and the finishes and details all look high-end and beautifully done. From start to finish, the Megapolis Construction team was professional, punctual, and very easy to work with. They communicated clearly, respected my time, and kept the project on schedule and within the agreed budget. The quality of their craftsmanship really stands out: the tile work is precise, the fixtures are perfectly installed, and every corner and edge looks clean and polished. The bathroom now feels like a luxury spa, and I've already received so many compliments from friends and family. They also kept my home as clean and organized as possible during the entire process, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Megapolis Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, detail-oriented contractor who truly cares about the final result.

WE Really wanted to like this company and they started out good.. Well my suspicions were correct…read moreand none of the transitioning lines or edges are crisp or straight as John promised. I noticed during the process something seemed off and a simple Google search revealed most PRO painters do the base first in order to get a straight line using tape. This company DOES NOT use tape. Everything is freehand and it shows. My 10yr old daughter can make a straighter line. At first they seemed like they knew what they were doing and prepping properly with a sanding machine but as the job progressed it became evident they were cutting corners. Not enough prep was done and they rushed the job from middle to end. Lots of drips and they missed entire areas. The worst part is they destroyed our brand new $3k Hunter Douglas powerview blinds and refused to offer any compensation. And It's more than just visual deformities .. somehow the way it was wrapped caused the entire thing to warp and now it's not closing properly on the mechanism. And the mechanism sounds like it's forcing them which could eventually break the track. The bottom line is we paid for a premium professional job but got a less than adequate sub par workmanship finished product. The owner said we had too much stuff to move. That's complete bs. We had one room with alot of stuff that we assisted with AND the rest of the house 80% we moved ourselves! This all started because the owner was greedy. I asked if we could remove the base painting from the original estimate and he said the job would not be worth it for him at that point. He forced my hand to honor the original estimate and do something I didn't want to do and now this is what happens. The bottom line is we paid for a premium professional job but only got an ametuer job that we could of hired a few day laborers to do for half the price.. Whatever the owner says below is going to be inaccurate so feel free to contact me for the TRUTH.

I have known some of these people for years & I have been at my place of employment for close to 12 years. Here's the thing, I never mix my personal life with my business life. Could I get a new door, frames, hinges & everything else needed at a slightly discounted price? That would be a hard yes. Do I know a few carpenters & installers that wouldn't charge me for labor? Also a hard yes. I learned early on not to date contractors and I also learned not to have them in my home doing my repairs. I always try to use locally owned and operated businesses and I luckily found Solid Home Solutions right here on Yelp. Michael was great! He responded to my quote request quickly, was easy to communicate with and his rates are more than fair. My front door was repaired as much as possible for now and Michael did a wonderful job.
