Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. The next day, Mauricio and a couple of workers waited about 6 or 7 hours for the inspector to arrive and sign off. I truly recommend Canopy. All paperwork was provided to me timely. The cost was within a couple of hundreds more from the other companies I consulted, but the quality and value for my money was another plus by choosing Canopy.

Ron Bell was able to bid my roof replacement using the highest quality materials, while keeping the costs in line with my lowest bid. Wow.... Is all I…read morecan say about Ron Bells clown car operation. So I reached out to this company 4 plus years ago attempting to get a quote to have them come back to do our roof. I called not once, not twice but almost a dozen times to have these clowns to come and give us a quote on a new roof. They promised to have someone follow up time and time again to hearing crickets? No call no show Now i think what happened was due to a couple factors one they where so busy that they couldn't be bothered with new work even from an existing customer - my wife. Further and more importantly I left some comments on their lack of follow thru and they thought it funny to promise to follow up then no call no show. So I get a message from them apologizing for dropping the ball and wanting to find out what happened 4 years later - Really? LoL Ummm ok, here we go well you guys where completely disorganized, totally unprofessional, your staff picked up calls and put us on terminal hold laughing after complaining about no followup call, no show. Then you had the unmitigated Gaul to send a blind bloated quote months later which was 5k over our highest quote - I am not sure what drugs you people are taking but DAMN!!! DID THE HIGH FINALLY WEAR OFF NEARLY 5 YEARS LATER? We gave you multiple chances but you honestly showed your true colors back then now what's changed? Has business slowed down so much or has your unprofessional attitude finally caught up to you like I advised it would all those years ago?
