As with any project little bumps here and there but the Project Manager quickly responded to anything that came up. Numerous owners compliments on their daily cleanup of the property. We are expecting many years of use with the beautiful roofing systems we now have installed.

I had them remove an old wooden fence and replace it with new vinyl fencing. At first the completed job looked very good but later I discovered that they had not sunk one of the 4x4's for one of the fence panel posts. At this location they only sunk the vinyl post and the concrete was only on one side of the post. On they other they put a half-a**ed wooden support in the ground. The result was this post was not vertically leveled and would move significantly back and forth when moved by hand. I speculate that the worker (who BTW was smoking pot during the job) did not want to deal with my Bougainvillea on that side of the fence. This last weekend I had to increase the post support with additional concrete on that side and that is something I should not have had to do.

The baseboard had no caulking just simply covered with paint and already shows cracking. Did not follow the contract agreement that we stated. Looking for a Company to Reface Our Kitchen Cabinets along with Our Backroom Cabinets I came across a Yelp Friend that Promotes Factory Direct. After getting In-Contact with Daniel at Factory Direct he Scheduled Us an Appointment with Bruce the Interior Designer. Bruce came over with All Color Options, Designs, and Insight. We Fell In-Love with Everything he pitched (A Great Salesman). We pulled the Trigger with an Estimate to have the Cabinets Refaced in 2 Days, No Longer than a Week. All Cabinets were Measured and we were Introduced to Maurice the Contractor and Jason the Project Manager. They Submitted Our Order after Measuring and some Provisions to Our Kitchen such as taking out the Wine Cabinet, Placing Cabinet Doors on Our Microwave Opening, and More. We were Excited and Very Confident that this was going to be a Smooth Transaction. Once the Cabinets came in from the Manufacture, Instillation was Scheduled and Maurice began his work. Two Days turned into Two Weeks then in-turn was not Complete for Over SIX Months... With Over a Dozen Re-Orders and Send-Backs of the Cabinet Doors they still Returned to Us with Blemishes, Scratches, and Unpleasing Finished Work. On top of this Headache, Maurice was Unprofessional, Careless, Sloppy, and Disorganized which in turn falls to the Project Manger Not doing his Job or caring about the Customer. They left us with Damage to Surrounding Areas without Any Fix. We had Countless Conversations with Jason along with Bruce of which neither could find a Suitable Solution. We lived this long with Everything Out of Our Cabinets being All Over Our House. Each time Maurice came to "Fix" or Exchange the Doors a Huge Mess was left being a Huge Frustration to Us. Due to Signing a Contract with Factory Direct we were Stuck with this Vexation Day in and Day Out. Communication was Extremely Poor with Show-Up's Not Scheduled, Us Being Left in the Dark, and Pure Distrust. I would Never Recommend Factory Direct Renovations Group for Any Kind of Home Project or as a Company. This is as we are still awaiting a Piece that they Promised us..

I would never do or recommend this company to any of my neighbors who came to see my remodeling. AGAIN HE HAS GOOD WORKERS, BUT HE DOESNT DESERVE THESE WORKERS. We were impressed with Meal as he clearly explained the roofing process, warranties, brought materials that we could see and feel and provided us with a list of neighbors that used them. We reached out to a few neighbors who were pleased with their job. We wanted the roofing job to start after hurricane season but it was started earlier. The new very heavy cement tiles were stacked on the roof when hurricane Helene & Milton were passing us by. I reached out to Evans with our concerns and the following morning our stacks were secured with metal ties. Our roof was completed as detailed. The new roof looks beautiful. We were connected with a painter to touch up our walls, a screen repairman to replace our torn screens and a gutter company. Our only issue was that we often were not informed about what was happening next. For example, we would have moved our car away from the house and juggled things around had we known when deliveries were coming. A trailer was moved in front of our garage and we had to have it moved so we could move our car. Our new Spanish-style red barrel tile roof besides being elegant is sun-reflecting, fire safe & will withstand 180 mph hurricane winds.
