I showed up about 25 minutes early for my tattoo removal consultation. Rimma met me in the waiting room about 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time. She hardly engaged with me and didn't tell me anything about Bella or herself. She spoke at me rather than to me. She viewed my tattoo and then showed me a pricing sheet. I asked for a copy, and she said "No" because she said that was her only copy. She didn't ask me to "wait a sec" for her to print a new one or to make a copy. Nor did she offer to e-mail it to me. Then that was about it. She handed me her card and then left. The scheduled one-hour consultation was over in about ten minutes - if that. I'm surprised to see this place with only 3 stars and so few reviews! I've been coming here for a few years now for laser hair removal. There are rarely any delays with my appointments, and the front desk personnel is always friendly. My laser technician Julia is amazing, very personable and makes you feel comfortable. Everyone must understand that the hair removal process takes different time for different people. I've been going here after a round of treatments at another place, and even though I see great results, the touch-up appointments are needed for best results. I'm so happy I started laser hair removal a few years ago, the difference is amazing! Take advantage of Groupon deals if they are available! Why does this place only have 3 stars??? My experience is with Farzaneh for Brazilian and underarm lasering and she is just the best! I got 6 sessions per each location and it the pricing is great. It's worth every penny. Farzaneh is super friendly and professional, it's always a good time seeing her. I made an appointment for free consultation for tattoo removal, they called me 2 days prior and demanded a credit card over the phone, I explained that I don't give that information out to someone who just calls me on the phone but will be happy to give that to them when I show up for my appointment. Bought laser hair removal thru a coupon deal. Decided on bikini area. Not to get too graphic, but you shave hair off of the area you want treated and, when treated, if feels like the hair is a fuse that has been lit. It is painful, but fleeting. I don't like having shaved hair because it does grow back. I'm VERY exposed during the treatment. Behind closed doors, but...yikes. In theory, it will take about six treatments to complete the hair removal. The coupon didn't cover what I thought I'd bought. I was upsold...I could have said "no" and walked. I'm two treatments in and am not noticing a lessening of the hair, so, we will see. I do not recommend, at this point. read more

The office staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had one round of 6 sessions of laser hair removal of my underarms with 1 aesthetician and she was nice enough. But I'm on my 2nd round of 6 sessions (after having my true first round of 6 elsewhere - which thinned the hair but didn't get rid if it) which is truly my 3rd overall. The aesthetician for this one is FABULOUS!!! I think her name is Farrah. She uses this ice roller thing before the laser - no pain. She checks in with you frequently to make sure you are ok. She stretches my arm or asks me to so she gets maximum coverage. I'm still mid treatment, so I can't say for sure about results. But her bedside manner is outstanding! I would recommend this place for laser hair removal as long as you get her. They do other things. Like a spa and medically but I can't speak to that. Give them a try. ;-) read more

Apart from having a comfortable looking office, I greatly dislike coming to this place. Most appointments are booked for the next 6-8months, so good luck if you miss your appointment. They also make you reschedule when you are more than 5mins late. The costumer service is awful, on my first appointment they Barely spoke a word to me, did the treatment and sent me on my way without further instructions on what to and not do. Got a great deal from Groupon for laser hair removal. This place is clean and professional! They stated all they provide in the Groupon deal and provided exactly what they said they would. I made my research before buying it and some areas need more than six treatments to completely cease hair growth and only six is inclusive in the deal. I dreaded going here for my laser hair removal appointments. You have to book everything way in advance. My first appointment, after consultation, was 3 months down he road?! They make you reschedule when you are more than 5mins late, yet I have sat in the waiting room for over 20 mins after my appointment time to get my service. The costumer service is horrible! The schedulers/front desk have never once greeted me, I have had to initiate the conversation to check-in....awful. They are very snooty and inattentive. This place is the worst medical spa I have ever been to. I went to a spa in Tacoma for laser hair removal and LOVED them, but then started working in Kirkland and found this place right down the road. Their front desk people are so rude, they can never book and appt at any time you need it and their laser hair techs treat you like you are just a number, no conversation, wipe off your own makeup and lets get started. Here, put some sunscreen on the spot yourself...with no mirror, but oh, let me try to sell you some more treatments while I have you laying on the table. I also cannot tell they have even done any treatments in regards to less hair growth and I am on my third treatment. With my other treatment at my previous spa I could see a significant difference after the first time. I bought a package from an ad they ran on Spirit Radio. When I went in for my consultation I was rather impressed with the clinic atmosphere. The front desk was very willing to help me and explained what paperwork needed to be filled out, as I didn't have my paperwork done prior to my appointment. They offered food & beverages for you to have while waiting. I have now seen both Aestheticians. Each one offer's a little something different during the treatment. They both have the ability to make you feel comfortable, which doing something cosmetic, comfort is a rather important aspect. I highly suggest this Clinic to other people and I will be doing further treatments then what I originally purchased. My experience here was horrible. They treated me like a second class citizen the moment I did not commit to a larger laser package after coming in with a Living Social coupon. I hadn't even had one treatment yet and they were trying to up-sale me. I had no idea what to expect and wanted the bikini treatment. They barely even treat the area and are only willing to do the sides - and very little of it. It takes me longer to drive to this place then it took to get my service. I am so sorry the other women had such poor experiences at the BellaMedica Clinic. I live two blocks away. I am never late so can't speak to that, however Dori is terrific. She has completed 3 IPL treatments and two microderm abrasion treatments. In addition I have had two facial peels. The treatments have very much improved the appearance of my 61 year old skin. Dori is personable, respectful and I appreciate her expertise. This has been my experience and I will definitely go back. My skin has never looked better. read more
