So she agreed to redo the patches and correct the issues. She sent over a sample, I approved the sample and when I got there to pick them up the patches looked cleaner but the colors were still off. She stared she used the college she always used for that specific company. I politely said ma'am thosearen't the colors I ask for. What they normally order has nothing to do with my order. She refused to make the situation right and told me to leave because she wasn't going to do anything. I was furious.. upon reading other reviews, other customers had the same issue with their colors being incorrect and darker. That was $155 down the drain and i felt like it was just taken. He did tell me he was going on vacation and would get on it as soon as he returned. Well that was aonth ago and still no letters. I called several times to follow up and each time I was told they would be here in 7 to 10 days. Now if they are arriving in that time frame you would think they were ordered. I found out in Thursday they were never ordered. Because Balfour has a minimum order requirement. So they over promised and under delivered. This is bad business I am very disappointed. I always try to support small businesses but Mr. Walter you have to do better. I would have preferred you just be honest with me.

Really !? When he finally got back to us, we were promised art work would be emailed to us within 48hrs (by Wednesday 9/15). Went back in Friday, 9/17 because we hadn't received it and found out that information hadn't even been given to the artist. Owner half ass apologized and gave information to artist while we were there. He told us that it would be emailed to us over the weekend (9/18 or 9/19) so that car magnets and business cards could be ordered by Monday morning (9/20). On Monday 9/20/15, we called and spoke to the woman who works there and told her we were cancelling the business cards and that we were going elsewhere for the rest of what we needed. Just wanted the artwork done and the car magnets. Didn't receive art work until late afternoon on 9/22/15. We went in right after we received the email and the owner didn't even TRY to apologize! The artist is awesome, he understood what we wanted and was very nice. But the owner ... I really don't see how he has been in business for as long as he has. He's not very nice and doesn't do what he promises he's going to do. Will NOT be going back and do NOT recommend Apollo Signs!

This little Asian lady didn't like the fact we were asking for her to pin the dress differently because it created a horrific bump if they did it a certain way. Honestly, "professional" I don't think so. Then to top it off she didn't even give us her full attention I would much rather pay WAY more than getting a crappy job done. If you want to look good, get good CUSTOMER SERVICE, and feel good (given you're paying for THEIR service) don't go here. Literally if she couldn't see how HORRIFIC she would of made this dress look then she clearly doesn't know what she is doing. Hire people that have an eye for fashion not someone who wants to do things FAST and ruin an expensive dress. Never recommending, wouldn't come back, and I'll make sure no one I know ever comes here. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY FREAKING LIFE. Take a damn marketing course for crying out loud.

It does not matter how nice I am whenever I come in to try on pants or a dress if I don't like where she has put the pen at she gives a nasty attitude like I don't know how I want my own clothes to fit! I have had multiple problems here, but today was my last I will never return. There are plenty of alteration places and she is horrible. The customer service is at an all-time low, the men can barely speak the English unless they are paid actors and the manager is disgusting! The pants that I recently had altered. I had her leave a little extra room for not only a flat sandal but a kitten wedge so not much of a difference at all. First off she did them so short they were too short for a flat sandal and she tried to get loud with me, saying little snarky remarks with her nasty attitude! Absolutely not you should wanna fix it maam! Then the lady gone be ugly & tell me have a blessed day, ma'am please! Never once have you said this & I've been coming here almost a decade!! Nasty self
