Small Business owner, and she will definitely try her best if you have a task/craft. I…read moreunfortunately had to find an alternative crafter/craftworker/craft woman? (whatever the term is aha)..I had to find someone to possibly assist me w/ a Vinyl Decal for a Quote super last minute for my graduation cap design. I had someone originally, but they told me last minute they couldn't do it so I was in hunt mode. And it's hard to find the type of business you may be looking for when all you want is a quote because lots of places are doing more shirts or bigger ticket items. Anywho, she was able to speak w/ me. And we discussed some options for how to proceed. We even got as far as designing what I wanted. She was honest with the unknowns and potential issues regarding what I wanted. However, time was just not favorable on our side. So while it would've been great if I could've messaged her earlier to get it done, I appreciated her coming through with my last minute request & trying to help me even though it didn't work out in the end. It was the effort that really showed me she was at least willing. Everyone else I tried to contact either dropped the ball on communication or was online & id have to wait for shipping, and I wanted someone local for obvious reasons. She's very communicative which is also a plus in the business world.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sassy Sisters and the owner, Veronica!…read moreAfter another print shop left me in a terrible position by not having my DTF prints ready, Veronica reached out and immediately told me, "Don't worry, we'll get it done." From that moment on, she completely put my mind at ease. Not only did she take care of my order without hesitation, but she also stayed after business hours just to make sure I had what I needed. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. She was kind, professional, accommodating, and genuinely cared about helping me when I was in a bind. It's easy to find businesses that want your money, but it's much harder to find people like Veronica who truly care about their customers. Her willingness to go above and beyond earned my business, and I'll absolutely be back. If you're looking for quality work and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Sassy Sisters. Thank you, Veronica, for your kindness and for turning a stressful situation into a positive one!

WOW!!!! So I get custom shirts done every year for the Lupus Walk that happens downtown every May…read more I don't just trust anyone making my shirts, especially since this is something I have been battling for 19 years. I was given Deluxe Custom Apparels information from a friend and reached out. First i will comment on customer service. I reached such timely responses, super informative, worked out a reasonable price, and on time delivery. Second, I like my team to stand out, so I requested a custom design for my shirts. I just threw out some ideas and they let them handle the rest. When I say i was speechless when shown the sample is an understatement. When actually receiving the shirts it exceeded my expectations by 1000. They took every element that is involved in the Lupus community and brought it to life. They even donated to the cause and help my team reach its goal. I will definitely be returning for any future needs I have pertaining to custom apparel.
