I would give zero stars if possible. The secretary of our club ordered special tshirts for our members with our name on them. The shirts were ultimately delivered with holes around the stitched name. When asked for the damaged one to be redone she was told no because they had already taken them home. The club president even tried to reason with the store employee. The store employee even said 'you have NUTS across your chest, what do you expect them to look like.' (NUTS stand for 'Nuther Unusual Tiny Society - a scaled miniatures club) Nothing was offered as a solution for the less than desirable work produced. Like another reviewer, I just want people to know that this store does not stand behind their work. If they do a bad job, it's not their problem. read more

The experience at this establishment was not a pleasant one. The workmanship was sloppy leaving holes and tears around the embroidery on most of the 12+ t-shirts. Key personnel was Quite RUDE and would not rectify the mistakes. In addition, a rude mockery was made towards the name of the Miniaturists Club comitioned on the t-shirts! read more

I want to start by saying that in the past (2021) I had a great experience at sassy sisters. That being said, my recent experience is not to bash the company but inform future customers about potential service. A week ago I sent my husband to order 5 koozies, to give as gifts for Surgical Tech week. My husband asked if I wanted white or blue koozies, and I said white. After looking at the design, I called and discussed changing the color to blue, they agreed that blue would look better. We changed the color to blue by phone. At 4:30 today I went to pick up the order, and the koozies were white, and they had misspelled heroes. They kindly agreed to redo them on blue koozies. While it wasn't ideal, I appreciated the effort. They told me I could come pick them up after hours. They would be in a yellow basket outside the door. I arrived around 5:30-5:45, and there was a basket outside the door, however the koozies were not there. Luckily, the staff had not left for the day. They opened the door and gladly handed me my order. After looking at them I realized they were not legible. I shared with them that I could not give these as gifts. The staff member told me "there was no way for them to know that until they printed them, and they could not give me a refund". I would have gladly taken the white had there not been a spelling error. I'm left disappointed that nothing was offered to satisfy the customer. We chose this business to make our shirts that we wear for the thousands of people who come to the conventions can identify us., The work that they provided was substandard to say the least when we question their ability to fix the mess up that they did they were unwilling to do anything to rectify the issue. The name of our club is N.U.T.S which stands for Nuther Unusual Tiny Society. The person we spoke to about the quality of work they provided had the audacity to say you're wearing the word nuts on your shirt. What do you expect implying that nuts stood for something inappropriate. We as a group would never recommend this place of business to anyone. Some of the shirts have holes in them from the tool that they used to cut out the excess material that they needed to remove, and they didn't do that professionally. read more

My husbands shirt was stuck together on top of them having to reprint the shirts because of the colors were OFF. After discussing the colors clearly. They had a week and a half in advance to get done right. I Guess this is okay with them. Definitely will find another place to get our shirts done right. read more

I will definitely go to the one in LaPorte instead because the attitude given and the customer service is a 1/10. No greet, no trying to go help to see if you need any help because some customers are beginners, no thank you have a good day! Let me not mention their prices geeze! Don't waste your time.
